- Can I still take bookings myself? + No problem at all. Simply fill in the dates you want to reserve on your calendar and save the booking.
- Can I still stay in my own property? + No problem at all. Simply fill in the dates you want to reserve on your calendar and save the booking.
- Who will I be dealing with at Panoramic Villas? + You will have your own personal account manager who will work with you on your initial integration and then be responsible for achieving those all-important bookings for you.
- Do I have a say in who stays in my property? + Yes. We will always check with you that you are happy to accept bookings before we give holidaymakers the go ahead. You can also stipulate if you would prefer not to take hen/stag groups, pets etc. You just let us now and we’ll follow your instruction.
- When do I get the contact details of the holidaymakers? + Once the holidaymaker has paid the final balance for their holiday. This is either 8 weeks before their arrival at your property or if it is a late booking it will be as soon as we have confirmed the booking and the customer has paid their balance
- Do I need to organise key collections, meet and greet etc? + Yes. We handle the whole booking process for you until the point of the final balance being paid. It is then up to you to organise someone to meet the holidaymakers and make sure everything runs smoothly when they arrive.
