This magnificent marina penthouse apartment is situated in what is widely believed to be the very best location in Agadir.
Located only a few yards from the beach, quite apart from the spacious interior and quality fixtures and fittings the TRULY UNBEATABLE feature of this property is the enormous totally private roof terrace (probably the largest on the entire complex!), which is equipped with numerous loungers, dining table and chairs. Although it benefits from the (very important) advantage of all day sun, there is a large, decorative pergola covering part of the area to provide plenty of shade when necessary - IT REALLY DOES NOT GET MUCH BETTER THAN THIS SPOT!!!

Penthouse Apartment Description
The lounge/living area is furnished in a mixture of comfortable traditional Moroccan colours, style and European practicality. This area also has a large flat screen high-definition TV, DVD player with a selection of movies and a satellite TV service which provides a few English channels from the BBC and Sky along with numerous international channels.
The large fully fitted kitchen features all modern appliances including large fridge freezer, washing machine, oven and hob, microwave, kettle and toaster plus it is equipped with all crockery, cutlery and utensils. We also provide an iron, ironing board and a clothes airer.
The master bedroom has a king size bed and an en-suite fully fitted bathroom and its own private balcony. The second bedroom has twin beds and has a separate bathroom with bath, shower, bidet, wc etc.
The option of air conditioning/heating is available throughout the apartment for a nominal fee should you require it (please see booking form for details).
Marina Agadir Resort
Panoramic Villas properties are situated in the brand new “Marina Agadir” resort which is by far the most prestigious and up market location in Agadir.
Apart from being literally yards from the most wonderful golden beach, both our properties also have the benefit of the three large communal pools and sunbathing areas set in the beautiful landscaped gardens within the private, gated complex.

The entire resort is built around the magnificent purpose-built marina which also boasts an excellent selection of high class shops ranging from Zara through to exclusive individual outlets, plus a selection of bars and restaurants literally a few yards walk from your door. There is also a supermarket for your daily requirements, pharmacy, laundry, bank with cash machine, car hire office, beauty salon and many services to ensure everything you need is at your fingertips.
We can particularly recommend first hand the VENEZIA ice bar with its range of exotic ice creams, sundaes, pastries and breakfast crepes. Definitely the place for a little well earned holiday time self indulgence! (calorie counting not recommended!)
