Ibiza is best known as the clubbing capital of the world.  In the summer months people flock to this beautiful island experience the world famous nightclubs, sunset bars and chilled out beach atmosphere.  However, there is much more to Ibiza than packed out nightclubs and busy bars.

Ibiza has a wealth of beautiful beaches, pretty villages and lush woodlands to explore.  The beaches are some of the best in the Balearics with soft white sands and warm turquoise waters.  Las Salinas Beach and Playa D’en Bossa Beach are great for people watching and offer every watersport imaginable.   In the north of the island you’ll find more chilled out beaches and resorts such as Es Cana and Santa Eulalia.

The great thing about Ibiza is that because it is so small you can explore the island easily. If you fancy a chilled out day on the beach at Es Cana followed by a crazy night of clubbing in San Antonio it’s just a short drive from one side of the island to the other.

Ibiza is great for families, couples or groups as each resort offers something different. There are endless choices of places to eat from traditional tapas bars to MacDonalds and their are lots of more family-orientated bars as well as the busier places in Ibiza Town and San Antonio.

Ibiza’s neighbouring island of Formentera is also well worth a visit to experience it’s stunning unspoilt beaches and chilled out vibe.
