Can pere Jaume is a stunning luxury villa situated on a hillside near the village of San Jose, just 15 minutes form Ibiza town and the fashionable Las Salinas Beach. This sprawling property can accommodate 12 guests between a main house and a guest house set in 8000 square metres of beautiful gardens, forest areas, orchards and extensive terraces- perfect for a hard days sunbathing by the 50 metre pool! Can Pere Jaume also offers breathtaking views of the valley below, the sea and the neighbouring island of Formentera.
Once a traditional farmhouse or ‘Finca’ Can Pere Jaume has been restored to an exceptional standard with spacious living areas, a fully equipped kitchen, a TV room, luxury bathroom facilities and sumptuous bedrooms. The villa is also equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi internet access, a CD player and a telephone for local calls. There are staff on call 8 hours per day, 6 days a week (there are quarters for staff separate to the main house and guest house) and breakfast is included in the cost of your stay. This luxurious villa consists of 3 buildings; the main house, guest house and servants’ house. Surrounded by sprawling gardens filled with Mediterranean plants and fruit trees, a spacious terrace furnished with outdoor beds and loungers and a great BBQ area with a huge table to seat all 12 guests. This really is a stunning property.
Inside the main house you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances, utensils, crockery and pots and pans that you’ll need to cater for yourselves (the staff will also prepare meals by request.) There is a large inside dining area with seating for 8 guests and ancient wood oven. The whole house is whitewashed to keep you cool and give the place a lovely clean, fresh appearance but old features such as the high beamed ceilings and cosy fireplaces create a warm, homely feel. There are 2 spacious living areas in the main house and a TV room with international TV channels. There are 4 bedrooms in the main house including a master suite complete with dressing room and en-suite bathroom. There is another double room and 2 twin rooms along with 2 more bathrooms.
Outside, the main house has 4 terraces on the upper and lower floors and the BBQ area with large dining table and chill out area is found here.
The guest house has a living area with a large chimney and a TV. There are 2 double bedrooms with en-suite facilities and a covered terrace outside with a comfortable chill out area and a tiwn room with bathroom.
Both houses share the gardens and pool area and there is plenty of room for everyone to relax. The villa also has an ecologic vegetable garden where the staff grow organic vegetables. Guests are permitted to eat the fresh fruit and vegetables but are asked to let staff pick the produce for you.
All linen, towels are provided and the house is cleaned 6 days a week. The gardens and pool are maintained twice weekly.

Garden and pool maintenance twice a week.
Domestic service: 8 hours per day (6 days per week) including house cleaning, cooking and service of one meal per day and breakfast daily. It is possible to contract extra hours of service if required (please ask owner for details.)
Guests shop for their own food but staff may prepare meals for them from these ingredients.
