Villa Sa Barcella is a fantastic 5 bedroom, 5 bathroom villa with private pool situated in the picturesque town of Sineu in central Mallorca. Villa Sa Barcella is a rustic style villa made from traditional Mallorcan sandstone and it has been tastefully decorated and finished to an excellent standard throughout. Sineu is one of the prettiest towns in Mallorca and is famed for its weekly markets where local farmers bring delicious fresh produce for you to buy, and also its wonderful local cuisine. Surrounded by the Tramuntana Mountains and just a 20 minute drive from numerous beaches this is the perfect place to enjoy peace and quiet whilst being perfectly located to explore Mallorca.
Villa Sa Barcella is fully air conditioned (at extra cost) and has masses of space including a large living room with lovely stone walls; a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances including a dishwasher; a spacious dining room; 5 bedrooms comprised of 4 double rooms and 1 twin room; and 5 bathrooms (3 en-suite.) Outside there are huge terraces and an inviting private pool.

Villa Sa Barcella is an impressive holiday home covering an area of 861 sqm. It has been tastefully decorated and equipped with all mod cons from air conditioning through to satellite TV.
On the ground floor of the villa you will find the spacious living room with traditional stone walls, cosy lighting and comfortable sofas. There is a TV in this room with satellite TV channels. Double height ceilings create lots of space and light in the room. There is also a large dining table at the other end of this room with seating for 10 guests.
There is also a smaller dining/breakfast area next to the living room and a bar can be found above this room!
The kitchen is very big and comes equipped with everything from a cooker and dishwasher through to cooking utensils and crockery. There is a separate utility room with washing machine, dryer and iron.
On the ground floor there is also a guest WC and a shower room.
Upstairs there are 5 spacious bedrooms. All bedrooms have TV's and plenty of wardrobe space. There are 4 double rooms, 3 of which have en-suite bathrooms, and a twin room. There is a further family bathroom on this floor and a separate guest WC.
Outside Villa Sa Barcella is just as impressive. There is a lovely walled courtyard with high quality outside furniture and A BBQ area. The 8 x 4m private pool is surrounded by an extensive terrace and mature plants. There are plenty of sun loungers for all guests to relax on.
Villa Sa Barcella offers guests complete privacy in beautiful surroundings. All linen and towels are also provided.
