Villa Emesila is a large villa that is well equipped and brimming with home comforts.

On the ground floor there is a large lounge/dining room with 2 sofas and a TV with satellite channels. There is a large glass dining table that seats 10 guests.

The kitchen is well equipped with all appliances including a cooker, hob, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. Cooking utensils and crockery are also included. There is also a breakfast table that seats 10 people.

There are four bedrooms on the ground floor, a double bedroom and 3 twin rooms. There is a large family bathroom with bath and shower and a further shower room.

On the first floor there is a large master bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom. French doors from the master bedroom lead out onto a huge roof terrace with table and chairs and great views over the surrounding countryside.

To the front of the property is a covered terrace and parking area and a fish pond which also has resident terrapins! To the side there is a floodlit boules court.

At the rear of the villa there is a 10m x 5m pool with children's area. The pool can be lit in the evening and there is plenty of seating here to relax and soak up the sun on. The extensive gardens are dotted with fruit trees that guests are welcome to take fruit from.

Linen and towels are provided.
