Large air conditioned penthouse apartment overlooking the wonderful Cala Nova Marina in Sant Agusti
This large south facing penthouse apartment is in a quiet residential complex and has magnificent and breathtaking views from the ample terraces over Cala Nova Marina to the Bay of Palma beyond. Cala Nova Beach is opposite the apartment. Sant Agusti is spoilt with rich history and culture and its fabulous amenities ensure there is something for everyone. A short distance to the east is the Marivent Palace which is the summer residence of the Spanish Royal family and to the west is the famous Maricel Hotel.
The apartment is fully air conditioned and has Sky TV, a DVD player and a CD player. Outside you'll find a large private, south facing terrace and there is also a communal pool which can only be used by guests in this small apartment complex. Both the double bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms making this a great choice for 2 couples sharing or a family.
Penthouse- 2 bed apartment in Sant Agusti (Sleeps 6)
Recently decorated, the Penthouse has 2 large bedrooms with plenty of storage. Both bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms complete with bath/shower, WC and washbasin.
The spacious living area has a dining table for 6 and ample comfortable seating in the lounge area which leads directly to the south terrace which is ideal for al fresco dining. The terrace also has sun blinds for moments when you need a bit of shade.
The open plan kitchen is fully fitted with oven, microwave, grill, fridge/freezer. There is also a washing machine.
There is a good size communal pool for guests to cool off in and plenty of sun loungers to chill out on. There is also a BBQ for your use.
The penthouse is accessed by lift or stairs.

Directions from Palma Airport
The apartment is approx. 15 mins car or taxi drive from the airport. Head for Andrax and take the Cala Mayor/San Agustin exit. Drive on the coast road (named Avenida Joan Miro) through Cala Mayor and into San Agustin (approx. 2 mins from the exit).
The apartment is on the right hand side, opposite Cala Nova Marina, on the corner of Avenida Joan Miro and Victorio Luzuriaga. There is an Estate Agent underneath the apartment block called “Marti & Daynes” which can be used as a landmark.

Hello, we have rented the San Agustin apartment in Palma from May 29th to June 10th. I have to say both the apartment and the area far outweighed our expectations. The view from the balcony was outstanding and the property manager Linda could not do enough for us. From June 25-July 20, we enjoyed a comfortable stay at the San Agustin Penthouse. This is a well located apartment that has a warm welcoming feel to it. It gets plenty of light and due to the regular sea breeze, we did not use the air-con during our stay. All amenities are close by, including a bakery serving delicious ensamalas, and it is just a short walk to the local beaches. Being on the main bus route to Porte Pi and central Palma, meant getting around locally without a car was quite easy, as the bus stops are located close by the apartment. The property manager, Linda, was accessible and on hand to answer any queries we had and she gave great local advice that helped us settle in quickly. A special thanks to Linda for her hospitality! We highly recommend staying at San Agustin Penthouse for your holiday.
