JKL House has a lovely living space with comfortable sofas, a TV with UK satellite channels, DVD player and a coffee table. There is also a dining table with seating for 6. There are wooden shutters on the windows which not only add to the character but also make this room very cosy in the evenings! The property has oil heaters downstairs so the house stays nice and warm even in the winter months.

The kitchen is well equipped with grill, oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave and toaster as well as all cooking utensils and crockery. There is a small breakfast table in the kitchen for more casual dining. The kitchen also allows access the beautiful courtyard making it ideal for catering for meals outside.

Downstairs you will also find a guest WC with washbasin.

The wonderful Mallorcan-style open staircase takes you upstairs where you will find two good-sized bedrooms. Bedroom one has a new queen size bed with fitted wardrobes and access out onto a private balcony with great views over the village. Bedroom two has two single beds and fitted wardrobes. Both bedrooms have air conditioning/heating units which can be used free of charge.

The main bathroom can be accessed from both bedrooms and consists of bath with shower, WC and a separate (but connected) washbasin room.

Outside you will find a lovely walled courtyard with table and chairs and sun loungers perfect for relaxing on.

The staircase in this property makes it unsuitable for very young children and the elderly with mobility problems.

The property will be clean on your arrival.  When you arrive you will need to pay your cleaning fee in cash to the housekeeper. The cost of this is 80 Euros for 4 people or 70 Euros for a couple. You must leave payment for this before your departure.  Contact the owner for more details.

Please note that preferred changeover days are Thursdays, Saturdays or Sundays but we will try to be flexible so please ask.

Just returned from our holiday at your house and it was wonderful. Everything at the house was above even my high expectations. Santanyi is a great base for exploring and I was able to see many of the beautiful calas and small villages throughout the Santanyi region. As I had mentioned, I had visited Formentera many times throughout the years and was a bit apprehensive at visiting such a large island as Mallorca, but Santanyi maintained the quaint feel Ive grown to love in Formi. I was even able to board a small fisherman's boat from Porto Petro and explore some of the less reachable coves along the southern edge of the island. Everything at the house worked perfectly and I did want to mention that we had to leave yesterday at 530 am in order to board our early flight home and when I went to Terressa's to return the key her front doors were closed and I did not want to wake her, so I placed the key under her door. I just wanted to be sure she was able to retrieve the key. I would not be surprised to use your home again in the future as I certainly plan on returning to Mallorca in the years to come.
