Villa Leopoldo is a fantastic 5 bedroom villa with heated pool situated just a few minutes from the Costa Teguise Golf Course. The villa has been stylishly decorated and offers guests lots of space and light with floor to ceiling windows overlooking the extensive terrace and gardens.
Ideally situated in a quiet residential area of Costa Teguise, there are a small number of restaurants and bars within walking distance. The lively resort of Costa Teguise is just 5 minutes drive away and you'll find everything you need here for a fantastic holiday. There are several excellent beaches in Costa Teguise as well as numerous bars, shops and restaurants. Arrecife Airport is just a 20 minute drive away.
Villa Leopoldo in Costa Teguise, Lanzarote (Sleeps 9)
Villa Leopoldo is an elegant villa that offers both comfort and space for its guests. It has a spacious living area with 3 sofas that can seat up to 8 guests comfortably. There is a plasma TV in the living room with satellite TV channels and a DVD player. Patio doors lead out from the living area to the pool area.
There is a large glass formal dining table in this open plan living space that can seat 8 guests (extra chairs can be provided.)
The kitchen is fully equipped with all mod cons including oven, hob, microwave and cooking utensils. There is also a separate utility room with washing machine, iron and ironing board. There's a small breakfast table adjacent to the kitchen which has great views over the garden.
There are 5 bedrooms in the villa comprising of 2 double rooms, 2 twin rooms and a single room. 4 of the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and there is also a guests WC. A cot and high chair can be provided at no extra cost.
Outside the villa has a large sunbathing terrace with ample sun beds and a 7m x 4m electronically heated swimming pool which has Roman steps for easy entry. There is also a poolside shower.
There is driveway parking at the villa.
Towels and linen are provided and there is a maid service once a week.

A FREE basic welcome pack is provided with a bottle of local wine, water, milk, tea and coffee.
A maid service is provided once a week if guests are staying for 10 days or more. A mid week clean can be arranged and paid for locally for 10 Euros per hour.

Directions
From Arrecife Airport
From the parking lot of Terminal 1 you have to follow direction „TODAS DIRECCIONES – All Directions – T2“. On the next sign you follow „T2 – Arrecife – Yaiza“.
After a few metres you find a roundabout. There you take the fourth exit direction „Arrecife – Yaiza“.
After a few meters the road splits up. You keep right and drive to the highway LZ-2 direction Arrecife.
After approx. 3 km you can change already to the left lane. After approx. 4 km you take the exit „Circunvalación“ (= ring road). (Important!!: Please don’t leave the highway on the first gas station „CEPSA“ You won’t reach the right exit anymore – it just goes further on to the capital city of Lanzarote: Arrecife) .
After 800 m you reach the gas station „BP“. It is open from 7 – 23 h. On the ring road you find three exits:
1. Lanzarote Oeste/La Santa/Hospital
2. Arrecife (right after the bridge)
3. Tahiche/Orzola (Lanzarote Norte)
You pass all three exits and follow the sign “Pto. Los Mármoles – COSTA TEGUISE”.
There is another gas station „Shell“, opened 7 – 24 h.
After a couple of meters the ring road ends and you have to turn left. Please keep left and immediately turn left again direction Costa Teguise (straight you come to the harbour of Arrecife where the cruise ships arrive).
Now you are on a two lane road and you have to keep straight for about 2 km. Now you reach the first roundabout of Costa Teguise (on left hand side – separated with central reserve - you see another petrol station “DISA”.
After the roundabout you find to the left Costa Teguise’s new commercial center with a EUROSPAR supermarket which is open Mon – Sun 10 am – 10 pm.
Here you keep driving straight for approx. two more km till the next roundabout. On that roundabout is located the hotel “Blue Bay Lanzarote”. Straight you come to the center of Costa Teguise. But you have to turn left direction “La Villa de TEGUISE”.
Now keep straight another 2 km. After one kilometer you can see left hand side the water park “Aguapark”. After that the restaurant “La Masia”. After the restaurant only 500 m more and you have to turn left into the residential area “Las Buganvillas”.
After 300 m you reach Villa Leopoldo on right hand side.
