Completed in June 2004, Villa Feliz, is designed around a large living area with comfortable modern furnishings satellite TV, sony DVD/Hi-Fi/CD/TV and Playstation 2.  The living area extends out onto a beautiful covered terrace, where most meals are taken and where one can relax or entertain in this cool, calm space.  Everywhere you will find comfortable, quality, furnishings, pictures, art and lighting.

The master bedroom comes with a King size bed, en-suite bathroom and access to the terrace and pool area.  Bedrooms 2 and 3 have twin beds that can be joined to make doubles and share the family bathroom, bedroom 2 overlooks the pool.  All bedrooms have fitted cupboards, shuttered windows and ceiling fans.

The fitted kitchen/diner enjoys masses of natural light from windows and skylight and has all the comforts that you would expect at home.  In limed solid oak with granite work surfaces with built in hob and oven, extractor fan, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and toaster.  There is circular glass table for occasional meals and a good sized fridge freezer for the usual holiday requirements.

Outside there is a private swimming pool 25 feet by 12 feet which is solar heated by special panels and an electric heat pump for guaranteed winter warmth.  The pool is entered by Roman steps.

You will also find a large terrace with comfortable sun beds and shady pergola, an outdoor shower, BBQ, hardwood dining furniture and a garden planted with indigenous Canarian plants and succulents. This is all screened by walls to ensure your complete privacy.

All bed linen, towels, duvets and sheets are provided. All you need are your shorts, t-shirts and beach towels.
