Finca Bougainvilla is a fantastic 4 bedroom single storey villa with a host of wonderful original features and all mod cons needed to ensure you have a relaxing and enjoyable holiday. Located in the pretty village of Guime, just 10 minutes' drive from the beaches, bars and restaurants in Puerto del Carmen and only 10 minutes from Arrecife Airport. This is the perfect place for peace and relaxation whilst being close enough to all the amenities Puerto del Carmen has to offer.
The villa has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, 2 large living areas and a fully equipped kitchen. Outside you can take a dip in your private heated pool or a relaxing soak in the jacuzzi! The villa is surrounded by beautiful mature gardens. This really is a little slice of heaven.
Finca Bougainvilla in Guime, Lanzarote (Sleeps 8)
Finca Bougainvilla is beautifully furnihed and well equipped villa with lots of space for guests to relax, both inside and out.
There are 2 spacious living areas in the house. The main lounge has 2 large cream sofas; a 32" flat screen TV with satellite, DVD player, video recorder and a stereo. There is also a lovely feature fireplace with log burning stove for cooler evenings (which don't come around too often!) The lounge area leads through to a dining area with vaulted ceilings and a dining table that seats 8.
The kitchen and utility room are next to the lounge and these have all appliances you will need to make your self catering holiday as carefree as possible. The utility room houses a washer and iron and ironing board. All cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery are also provided.
The second sitting area is the garden room which has a built in bar, perfect for early evening drinks with views over the pool and jacuzzi terrace. This room is furnished with a cane suite and has french doors that lead out onto the terrace.
There are 4 bedrooms in the villa, comprising of 3 double rooms and a twin room (which also has a cot in it.) The master bedroom has a fantastic en-suite bathroom with sunken bath and shower. There are 2 further bathrooms both with showers, WC, and washbasins.

Outside there are totally private gardens with mature trees and cacti; 2 large terraces (one is covered for shade); a built in BBQ which is great for evenings by the pool. Your 8m x 4m pool is solar heated at no extra cost and to top it off you have your own jacuzzi for relaxing in!
All linen and towels are provided including beach towels.

There is also a Jacuzzi next to the pool. Pool is a saltwater solar/electric heated pool and heated at no extra cost.
Totally private, walled gardens with mature trees and cacti. 1 large covered terrace, sea view terrace and built in BBQ. The garden is furnished with a large table and chairs and plenty of sun loungers for all guests. Cushions for loungers and beach towels are also provided.

Please note: The villa is on one level and is suitable for those with mobility problems. However, there are some small steps without ramps between some rooms that may not be suitable for wheelchair users. The main door of the villa is wide enough for wheelchairs.

As usual we enjoyed all that your finca has to offer,great facilities, privacy, sun & shade, wonderful pool & hot tub which warmed us up after the sun faded behind the clouds & the chill wind blew!
All the family & friends were really impressed by the outlay & amenities that the finca had to offer.
Baby Lucas loved everything & especially the pool.
We look forward to our 4th visit in September & may the sun shine throughout our next stay

We have just returned from a 2 week stay at this beautiful villa. The photos tell you its good but we were all blown away when we arrived. Its a stunning villa superbly & thoughtfully equipped. The children lived in the pool & jacuzzi. Guime is a very peaceful & safe village. I had no concerns letting the children go to the village shop & take the recycling on their own. Its location is ideal, just a short drive from the airport & several beaches. With 4 children its not always a holiday for me but I was able to relax here, even cooking was a pleasure! John regularly cleaned the pool & garden. Thank you John & Anthea you have a real gem in Finca Bougainvilla.
