Without doubt the many well kept beaches which have been awarded the European Blue Flag award, for high standards of water and sand hygiene help to provide a diverse variety of outdoor activities including, sailing, fishing, scuba diving and windsurfing. These are just a few of the activities available all year round.

Costa Del Sol Attractions

The towns of Fuengirola with its golden beaches and extensive night life, and the picturesque hill top village of Mijas old town are both only a few minutes drive away, Marbella and Puerto Banus are only a short drive proving a favourite location for the rich and famous.

Family entertainment at Tivoli World Amusement Park in BenalmadenaTivoli World Amusement Park is the biggest amusement park on the Costa del Sol and offers both rides and a variety of shows including Flamenco and Wild West. To cater for younger children it has an area of the park call Tivolandia, which is perfect for kids to let off some steam.

Benalmadena Cablecar is right next door to Tivoli World, the cars run up to the summit of Monte Calamorro. Once at the top you can enjoy fantastic views over the Costa del Sol and on a clear day see Gibraltar and the North African coast. Each car can carry 4 people and the journey takes approximately 15 minutes, at the top you also have donkey rides, exhibitions of birds of prey and Spanish horse riding exhibitions all included in the price of the ticket.

Aqualand Aqua Park in Torremolinos showing several waterslidesAqualand Aqua Park, Torremolinos is the largest water park on the Costa del Sol, covering more than 70,000 square meters and has rides called Boomerang, Kamikazee Twister, Rapids and the Black Hole. The park also has an area for small children, wave pools, lots of grassy areas for those wishing to sunbathe, many restaurants and an 18 hole mini golf course.

Torremolinos Crocodile Park is located in Torremolinos next to Aqualand.

Fuengirola Zoo can be found in the centre of Fuengirola opposite Mijas Aquapark.
