The property also has FREE wireless internet access. There are 5 spacious bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, offering guests lots of space and privacy druing your stay. There is a lovely large kicthen with an Italian tiled floor and a centre island, great for dinner parties! Villa Izvor is the perfect place to enjoy peace and quiet in regal surroundings, it is ideally located to explore Croatia's stunning wine country and it's only a 15 minute drive from Dubrovnik Airport.

Panoramic Villa Izvor is an impressive 5 bedroom villa which offers guests the perfect holiday in complete luxury and comfort. You’ll feel at home on the big, slouchy sofas in the 2 lounge areas (one upstairs and one downstairs) in front of the TV, and you’ll feel like royalty sitting at the elegant dining table with seating for 12 with views across the lush Dubrovnik countryside.
The kitchen is equipped with all mod cons including a dishwasher, washing machine, and tumble dryer. There is a large centre island in the kitchen which makes food preparation easy, even if you’re catering for 10!
On the lower ground floor you’ll find a games room with a pool table which can be converted into a table tennis table.
The master bedroom is an impressive room with a large king size bed; a balcony with fantastic views; TV and a luxury en-suite bathroom complete with Jacuzzi bath, shower enclosure, washbasin and WC.
There are 3 further double rooms with queen size beds; two of these have en-suite shower facilities. There is also a spacious twin room.
Outside there is plenty of space to relax. At the back of the property there is a large wood burning BBQ and terrace area whilst at the front there is a large terrace with table and chairs to seat all guests.
About 50 metres from the front of the property you’ll find a gated pool area with a private 12m x 6m pool, sun loungers, chairs and umbrellas. This is the perfect spot to chill out and enjoy your peaceful surroundings.

Directions
The best way to get here is by taxi or car. From the airport, travel South through Cilipi and keep going until you reach to border of Montenegro. Just before reaching the border, turn left at the sign that says "Vodovodja". Stay on that road until you reach the top and you will see Villa Izvor. Turn into the driveway and the owners will be there to greet you.
