Panoramic Villa Cassonni has 3 double bedrooms and 1 children's room with bunk beds, which can sleep up to 4 children. Villa Cassonni has its own 7m x 5m pool and it also has use of a shared tennis court. The villa is air conditioned and also has heating in winter, making this a great year round destination. Pula is just a 15 minute drive from the villa and it is the capital of Istria. Pula is a buzzing town with a great variety of bars, shops, restaurants and historical monuments to visit including a fabulously preserved Roman Amphitheatre.

Panoramic Villa Cassonni is a wonderful traditional stone built villa with private pool and use of shared tennis courts. Perfectly situated in the stunning Istria region. The villa has been furnished to an excellent standard and has lots of lovely touches to make you feel at home like board games, films, books and music for your enjoyment.
The living room area has a large L-shaped sofa, DVD/CD player and satellite TV system. There is also a traditional style fireplace for those winter months and a hot and cold air conditioning unit.
The open plan kitchen/dining room has a terracotta tiled floor and a large dining table with seating for 6. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with fridge freezer, oven, hob, microwave, and dishwasher.
There is a separate utility room with washing machine. The utility room also houses a shower room with WC, washbasin and power shower.
There is 1 double bedroom on the ground floor with plenty of wardrobe and drawer space.
Upstairs there are 2 further double rooms. The master bedroom has a four-poster bed and both double rooms have large wardrobes and access out onto the upstairs balcony. Bedroom four is a large room with bunk beds and 2 further pull out single beds. These are only suitable for children but it makes this property a great choice for 2 families sharing.
The upstairs bathroom has WC, washbasin, bidet and a 2 person Jacuzzi bath with shower over.
Outside, double doors lead out onto the covered terrace area with outdoor table and chairs to seat 10. There is a large stone BBQ which is great for dining al fresco. Down a few steps you’ll find your private child-friendly pool and your private garden with lots of space for lounging around and soaking up the Istrian climate
Please note: The changeover day for this property is Saturday. There is some flexibility in quieter periods so please ask.

Directions
Route direction from Pula airport -
When leaving Pula airport, join the road by turning LEFT. At the first junction, turn LEFT towards PULA. Drive straight, turn RIGHT after the sign TRIESTE/RIJEKA, FIUME. Take the first exit - VODNJAN/NP.BRIJUNI and turn RIGHT following direction VODNJAN/ROVINJ.
You will soon see the yellow sign with ZMINJ, SVETVINCENAT, VODNJAN on it. Drive towards Vodnjan, keep right, in the centre of the village stay on the main road following signs to Zminj, Svetvincenat. There is a railway crossing after which continue driving straight .
After approximately 5 minutes you will see yellow signs on your right handside for CIRKA, SV. KIRIN, followed by a little church by the road. There is 500 meters from the church to the sign for the village of PARADIZ.
Turn RIGHT after the sign, drive along the narrow road, keep left, until you see a complex of stone houses. Villa Paradiso is the second on your right handside, with a sign 'Villa Cassoni'' by the gate.
