Located just 3km from the beach and surrounded by amazing countryside this is the perfect place to enjoy total peace and relaxation. There is a restaurant just 30 metres from your doorstep and the popular tourist resort of Malinska is just a few moments drive away with its selection of shops, bars, restaurants and cafes.
Krk Island Villa has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. 2 additional guests can also be accommodated on additional beds if requested. The house is equipped with all mod cons including LCD TV's in the living room and all bedrooms, satellite TV channels and wireless internet. The kitchen is equipped to make your self catering stay as hassle free as possible and the living area offers comfort for 8 guests. Outside you will not be disappointed, there's a large terrace area and a great size private pool with breathtaking views down to the sea.

Krk Island Villa is a traditional stone house with accommodation over 105 sqm spread over 2 floors. The house is air conditioned and is furnished to a great standard.
On the ground floor you'll find a spacious living area with a 3 seater sofa and 2 armchairs, an LCD TV with satellite channels and a stereo. Patio doors lead out from the living room to the terrace and gardens outside creating a bright and airy space. There is also a dining table in this open plan living area that seats 8.
The kitchen is also open plan and this is equipped with oven, hob, dishwasher, washing machine and a large fridge freezer. All cooking utensils and crockery are also provided.
There is also a downstairs shower room with large walk-in shower, WC and washbasin.
Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a large double bed and access onto a private balcony with wonderful sea views. There is a further double bedroom and a twin room. All bedrooms have LCD TV's and large wardrobes for storage.
Outside the villa has a fantastic pool surrounded by a patio and gardens. There is a children's play area for younger children and a BBQ area for the big kids! There is a sheltered veranda with a large table ideal for dining al fresco and to top it all off you have great views over the countryside and down to the glistening blue sea. There is secure parking for 3 cars.
