Panoramic Villas presents Boheme 17, a spacious first floor apartment with sea and mountain views. Boheme 17 is located on the wonderful Sunrise Beach Club, close to the charming fishing village of Bogaz in Famagusta, Northern Cyprus. Sunrise Beach Club has 3 communal pools; an on-site restaurant/bar; a gym, sauna; a games room with table tennis and a Serenity and Wellness Centre offering a host of relaxation and health benefit treatments. The apartment has a spacious open plan living/dining area with fully equipped kitchen; a master bedroom with ensuite facilities and lovely twin bedroom. There is also a double sofa bed in the living room meaning the apartment can accommodate 6 comfortably.

Boheme 17 is comfortably furnished and has all mod cons to make your self catering break as carefree as possible. The spacious living area has comfortable seating for 6 including a 3 seater sofa which doubles as a sofa bed for 2 people, a coffee table and TV and DVD player for your entertainment. The dining area has a table with seating for 4. Patio doors lead out from the living room onto the private terrace with table and chairs.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything including all cooking utensils, crockery, dishwasher and washing machine. And there's a large fridge/freezer for cooling your beer and wine in.
The master bedroom comprises of a double bed and fitted wardrobes with plenty of storage space. The master bedroom also has an en-suite shower room with WC and washbasin. There is also a twin room with wardrobe space and a family bathroom with WC, washbasin, shower and bath.

The owner can arrange airport transfers from either Larnaca or Erchan Airport. Please arrange this directly with the owner once you have booked your stay.

Directions
Directions to Sunrise Beach Club from Larnaca Airport
- Leave the airport and take the Ancusia/Agia Napa.
- Follow signs for Agia Napa.
- When the motorway splits go straight on.
- Leave motorway at junction 62 [they stop numbering at junction 59 signed posted Avgorou]
- At junction 61 turn left at the top of the slip road and its a straight run to Ay Nik army base.
- Go straight on to the border crossing.
- When you have crossed the border go straight on for about 4 miles.
- When you reach a big roundabout in Famagusta turn left heading east.
- On the main road you will pass many shops for about 2 miles.
- You will pass the United Nations Base and the University on your left, just keep going straight on.
- Once out of Famagusta you will pass the Lions night club on your right, it looks like a giant garden centre with 2 big Lion Statues.
- From there keep to the coast road sign posted Salamis,Eskele and Bogaz. You will see signs for Bogaz on the way.
- When you reach Bogaz drive past the Harbour for about 2km you will come to a staggered cross roads with a big sign saying Karpaz properties.
- Turn right down a single track road, be careful when you turn the road at the top is very uneven. At the bottom of the drive you will find Sunrise Beach Club reception on the left.

We both had a very lazy holiday, we only left the complex once, the apartment and pools were beautiful. Hope to return next year.
