It has a quiet corner location, private pool, roof garden, patio and sun loungers ensures sun worshippers have all they need should they want a relaxing day at the villa. The 3 flat screen TVs, DVDs, and PS2 will entertain even the most demanding children as you soak up the glorious Cypriot sun. Within a 15 minute walk is a beautiful nature trail along the cliff front, or if you prefer the family orientated nightlife of Protaras which has local tavernas, bars, restaurants and nightclubs. A short taxi ride will take you to the vibrant fishing village of Ayia Napa with beautiful beaches and lively nightlife, or the quaint Cypriot village of Paralimni with town square and beautiful churches. This villa and location truly has something for everybody.

Katia Villa is a newly built, luxury property close to the towns of Protaras, Ayia Napa and Paralimni. It has been furnished to an excellent standard.
The accommodation comprises of:
A large open plan living area with 3 leather sofas, a large flat screen TV with satellite channels, DVD player and home theatre system. There is a dining table and chairs to seat 6 guests.
Also on the ground floor you'll find bedroom 4 which can be used as a games room. It has a double sofa bed, large flat screen TV, and a Playstation 2 with a selection of games. This room is bound to be a winner with the kids!
There is a guest WC on the ground floor.
Upstairs there are 3 good sized bedrooms each with an en-suite shower room and fitted wardrobes. The master bedroom has a double bed and a balcony with sea views. Bedrooms 2 and 3 are twin rooms.
Outside guests will find plenty of space to relax on the large patio surrounding the private 7.5m x 3.5m pool. There are table & chairs for dining al fesco and sun loungers for chilling out. The villa also has a BBQ area. Upstairs on the roof terrace you'll find more loungers and a corner sofa and table set, ideal for chilling out on in the evenings and watching the sun set over the Mediterranean. The villa also has private off road parking.
