The accommodation comprises of:

The Interiors: The large open lounge takes you to an arched doorway into the dining/kitchen area which is very comfortable with ample soft seating and a dining table which seats 6. The kitchen/dining area comprises fully fitted kitchen with full-size modern electric oven and hob, washing machine and fridge freezer. An iron and ironing board are also provided. There is also a TV showing 10 English channels with DVD and portable CD player.  There is also a downstairs WC.

Upstairs there are 3 spacious bedrooms.  The master bedroom has a king size bed and an ensuite bathroom with shower and toilet.  Bedroom two and three have twin beds and lots of room for storage.  There is also a spacious family bathroom with a shower over bath and toilet.

The patio area boasts a traditional Cypriot BBQ and plenty of space for lounging around the private pool.  There are table and chairs underneath a pergola offering you some shade whilst dining al fresco.

Very clean and as shown. Had a great time and felt well looked after by the management couple. Would love to return this year or most certainly next year. Villa is fantastic and spacious. The owner is very friendly and has put great finishing touches e.g. Cypriot barbecue and lovely plants and trees. Pool is kept very clean and is perfect. Good local restaurants especially Konia Tavern who made us so welcome. Recommended for: Age 55+, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway.

The villa was exactly as described , it was exceptionally clean and very well maintained. There is absolutely everything there that you could possibly need. The owner was very thorough in detailing everything from the villa to the surrounding areas, providing maps and valuable information. He even gave me a call the day before departure. I would recommend this villa to anyone, in fact I have already recommended it to a colleague in Liverpool. Recommended for: Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway.

This villa more than exceeded our expectations. From the photographs we were hoping it was going to be nice and when we got there we were not disappointed, the villa itself is clean and tidy, it is also very spacious. The pool and BBQ area is excellent. The villa is very well maintained by the management couple and, I must say, it was very reassuring having someone just a phone call away if we had any worries, they were very helpful when we needed medical advice for our daughter and also where to get shopping. We hope to return to this villa and will definitely pre-book a car from the management couple as we did feel that we needed a car. We enjoyed the peace and quiet of the villa setting in the village but also the option of going into Paphos to the town and harbour which is a short drive away. Recommended for: Age 55+, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway.

We have visited this villa twice both in winter and summer. Its a great place to hang out with a nice barbecue area near the pool and in a fairly sleepy village but with a taverna, bar and coffee shop within walking distance. There is a short drive to the more tourist areas such as the harbour and beaches, but the village is very near the motorway so a short drive gets you on the motorway to Larnaca, Limmasol etc quickly. The villa has all the amenities you'd need on holiday and more. Recommended for: Age 55+, Sightseeing, Families with Young Children.
