About the area

Peyia is a traditional village with good restaurants, banks, shops and pharmacy being close to the villa. The elevated position of the villa provides beautiful sea and sunset views as well as enjoying the refreshing cooling breeze. It is located just 5km north of Coral Bay and has become one of the most sought after places to live on the island.  You'll really get the experience of being in a true Cypriot village whilst being only minutes from the livelier resort of Coral Bay.

There are numerous, variable,  tavernas within easy walking distance of the apartment, have a meat meze at Peyia tavern, a sea bream at Cousins, a fantastic eating experience at The Mediterranean, a greek evening at Savvas Savvas with meze, Greek music and dancing. Fantastic atmosphere at the Grange, and a selection of Chinese/Thai/Sunday roast/Indian at Sofies. There are also takeaways and a deli to choose from.  You can even enjoy breakfast at the Mill.

The village has two supermarkets in the centre and a new one down on the main road. A superb bakery, a chemist and banks. All the basics. In the centre of the village is the church, and of interest is the fountain area.
