Directions to Maraqia

1. On leaving Sharm at Sharm International Airport, take a taxi/hire car and turn right heading towards Nabq Bay
2. Continue straight along until reaching the Charming Sharm roundabout which has the huge unmissable Sun Rise Resort Hotel and Aqua Park on the right hand side
3. Nabq is signposted as straight on, The Sunrise Resort is as stated on the right
4. Turn Left at this roundabout, continue along the road (inland) passing the Sharm Heights hotel on the right
5. Continue for a few hundred yards until you reach a development on the left which bears a sign saying "Travco Group", cross over the road and turn left just before and down the side of this complex
6. Maraqia is situated behind this resort and is easily seen due to the multitude of varying terracotta colours.

Maraqia Resort

Maraqia Resort in Nabq Bay is a stunning new development of Terracota coloured apartments and penthouses just 5 minutes from the beaches of Nabq and the nightlife of Soho Square and 20 minutes from Naama bay.

Panoramic have been instructed by the owner to point out that the work is not yet completed.

Some building work will still be very evident to guests who may wish to stay. Normally, both these magnificent penthouses which are fully finished and furnished to a superb standard would be offered for rental for £500 per week. But while the resort itself is not complete we are able to offer each properties for Half Price, just £250 per week.

All three swimming pools are open and finished, however the supermarket, swim up bars and general infra structure surrounding these magnificent penthouses is some way from completion. Hence the half price offer.
