It has retained all of its charm but has recently been refurbished to a high standard and now has a fully equipped kitchen with all the latest appliances, central heating and air conditioning and TV, DVD player and CD player for your entertainment. The apartment is split-level with the spacious double room located on a mezzanine level above the comfortable living area, which also has a double sofa bed that can sleep 2. Denrose Place is in a fantastic location just a few minutes stroll from the beach and all the attractions that stylish Nice has to offer including the famous Promenade Des Anglais. Whether you want to shop til you drop, people watch whilst enjoying a coffee in one of the many cafes lining the pavements, or simply relax on the beach, Denrose Place is the perfect base to explore this exciting city from.

Denrose Place is both comfortable and stylish. It has been furnished to a high standard and both the bathroom and kitchen have been fitted recently in contemporary style. There are still lovely old features throughout the apartment and the building itself including exquisite parquet flooring.
Entering the apartment you walk into the open plan kitchen/living area with comfortable seating for 4 people on two sofas, including a double sofa bed suitable for 2 adults. There is also a dining table with seating for 4 people.
The kitchen area is compact but has all mod cons including a fridge/freezer, 2 ring stove, microwave, kettle, toaster, washing machine and clothes dryer.
Downstairs you will also find a separte WC with washbasin.
The double bedroom in located on the mezzanine level above the living area where you will find a large double bed, bedside lamps and storage space. There is a shower room off the bedroom with shower and washbasin.
The apartment is accessed via a lift and is not suitable for wheechair users.

This was my first trip to Nice and can say it was hassle free from the beginning to end. What made this week holiday to Nice so great was the fact that the flight was so reasonable (even last minute), the accommodation was so easy to get to by bus from the airport and a stones throw away from all the things to do like the beach, restaurants, transport links and trains, shops, old nice! I cant think how we could have been more central and better located than at this accommodation.
In terms of the flat, it was clean, had all the facilities you would need and allowed you to be fully self contained and comfortable. There was more than enough space for the three of us (all girls) to sleep and get dressed etc. which you wouldn't be able to say in a hotel room.
I could definitely see Nice as my home away from home!!!

A great apartment in an excellent location. The apartment is in an ideal location, quiet, private and away from the main promenade area but a short 3 minute walk takes you to the main thoroughfare and a further 5 minute walk gets you to the famous Negresco Hotel. Casinos, bars,restaurants are all on your doorstep. The railway station and bus depot are all within easy walking distance from the apartment, from there the Cote d'zure is your oyster. Rue de Buffa is a direct route to the heart of Nice and the Messena Square. The apartment was clean and warm and very comfortable and had a fully functional kitchen with all the necessary utensils to allow for self catering travellers. An excellent boulangerie is just 1 minute from the front door and numerous grocery shops are only a few minutes away. I would definitely book this apartment again and I would highly recommend it to anyone.

This was my first time to Nice and what an amazing place it is!
The apartment is located in a great location only a few minutes walk away from the Promenade des Anglais,which was lovely to walk along in the night time. I also loved Old Nice which is great to go to in the evening as there are plenty of great restaurants to choose from.
While I was in Nice I got to go Monaco the day after the Formula 1 Grand Prix and wow just to see all the yachts was a great experience! The bus service was very quick and easy to get there and back.
The apartment is a great place to stay and I certainly recommend it. I had such a great time in Nice :-)
