The open plan living/dining room has been furnished in a modern style with comfortable couch and armchairs, fireplace, 37 inch plasma TV with satellite reception, DVD player, Echo HiFi system, air conditioning, WiFi internet and veranda with exterior dining room with sea view. The comfortable couch can provide extra sleeping for one more person. The dining area has quality wooden table and chairs which can seat 6 guests.

Bedrooms 2 and 3 are also both on the ground floor with twin beds in each room, wardrobe, air conditioning, plasma TV's, bathrobes, slippers and pool towels. Both rooms are served by the family bathroom with bath, shower and WC.

The internal marble staircase leads to the first floor where you will find the master bedroom with double bed, wardrobe, air conditioning, plasma TV, bathrobes, slippers, pool towels, balcony with stunning sea views and en-suite bathroom with hydromassage bathtub, shower and WC.

Externally, you can enjoy the beach which is fully equipped with sun beds, umbrellas - shower.
A swimming-pool where you can relax at the comfortable sun beds.
The villa is surrounded by a beautiful green garden, local trees, a playground and parking space.
