Villa Chloe commands a hillside position offering breathtaking panoramic views of the village and the Aegean Sea. This stunning villa boasts a peaceful and relaxing location, a spacious balcony to enjoy the wonderful views and your own private swimming pool.
Built on two levels Villa Chloe is fully air conditioned throughout and covers 150 square metres (not including the veranda). The ground floor has a spacious open plan living/dining room and kitchenette area.
The living room is an excellent family room, decorated in light colours and inspired by the Cretan traditional style with a feature fireplace, comfortable sofas, armchairs, coffee table, 31 inch satellite TV, DVD player, dual line telephones, internet access and full sound system. Patio doors from the living room open onto a large veranda which offers beautiful views of the surrounding countryside, mountains and sea.
The kitchenette is fully equipped with all modern appliances including a fridge/freezer, cooker, stove with air extractor, microwave oven, crockery, cutlery and all utensils. There is also a large dining table which can seat 6 people.
The first floor has two 2 bedrooms, the first bedroom has twin beds, 21 inch satellite TV, DVD player and its own WC. The second bedroom has a double bed, 21 inch satellite TV and DVD player with sea view and access to the veranda. Both luxury bedrooms have feather pillows, anatomic Coco Mat mattresses, bathrobes, slippers, 100% cotton towels in various sizes, bedside tables and lamps. Serving both bedrooms the luxury family bathroom has a hydromassage bathtub, marble surfaces and all necessary accessories.
There is a daily cleaning service, except for Sundays.
Externally, Villa Chloe is enclosed by attractive stone walls. The hillside location offers stunning views and full privacy with its own surrounding area, veranda, patio and greenery, its own private swimming pool and designated parking spaces.
PLEASE NOTE THAT GUESTS WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY A SECURITY DEPOSIT OF 300 EUROS, PAYABLE LOCALLY ON ARRIVAL.
