Panoramic Villa Thea is situated on a hilltop with outstanding views of the sea, hills and countryside. The villa is fully air conditioned and sleeps 6/8 people in three bedrooms, each with balcony and sea view, and two single sofa beds in lounge. Villa Thea has a modern fitted kitchen and spacious living area is complete with all essentials. Outside there is a patio and terrace with a private 8m x 4m tiled swimming pool. There is also private parking for 2 cars. Local amenities are just a short drive away in either in Afandou or Kolymbia. Afandou beach provides quiet areas to relax, and Kolymbia has boat trips, beach and water sports. Villa Thea is in an excellent location from which to explore this wonderful island. Bustling Rhodes Town to the north with its fascinating historical Old Town and New Town shopping experience with its designer shops. Historic Lindos and its Acropolis are to the south, and there are many beautiful beaches dotted along the breathtaking east coast.

Villa Thea is bright and modern, furnished to very good standard with bright textiles and quality fixtures and fittings.
Downstairs the entrance hall opens out into the lounge area with two comfortable sofas (each one turning into a single sofa bed), a coffee table and TV with DVD player. Patio doors lead out to the large patio and pool area.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with hob, oven, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, microwave and washing machine. You will also find an iron and ironing board and a clothes airer. There is also a glass top table with distinctive lime green leather chairs in the kitchen area with seating for 6 people. There are more patio doors leading outside from the kitchen to the patio, making outside dining hassle free.
You will also find a shower room with WC and washbasin downstairs.
On the first floor there are 3 spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms. Bedroom one has a king size bed, wardrobes, a private balcony with wonderful sea views and an en-suite bathroom with shower, WC and washbasin.
Bedroom two has twin beds, fitted wardrobes and a private balcony with sea view. Bedroom three is another double room with double bed, fitted wardrobes and a balcony with views across the hills. All rooms have their own hairdryers.
The family bathroom comprises of bath with shower, WC and washbasin.
Outside there is plenty of space for lounging around the private pool. On the terrace you'll find a table and chairs with seating for 6, 6 sun loungers and a portable BBQ. You also have a private landscaped garden with an assortment of fruit and olive trees. There is outside lighting that makes the property look wonderful in the evenings and makes sitting out in the evenings a lovely experience.
Preferred changeover days for Villa Thea are Wednesdays and Saturdays but we may be flexible so please ask.
Please note: The prices on our rates page are based on 6 people sharing. There is a supplement of £100 per week for the 7th/8th person.

- From the Airport turn left towards Rodos / Rhodes.
- After 1 km keep in right hand lane and at traffic lights driving accross the island. After 11 km at a T junction. Take the right hand turn signposted to Lindos
- You will keep on this road for 11 km before turning towards Kolymbia and Villa Thea.

Region Description
Kolymbia
Kolymbia is a great place to go if you are looking for relaxation but also want to be ideally located to explore more of Rhodes. Kolymbia is a beautiful resort where the rolling mountains meet wonderful golden sands. The beach runs on for miles and it is never overcrowded even in peak season. There are plenty of watersports on offer on the beach and it is also a great spot for snorkelling. There are also a number of good bech bars where you can get snacks and drinks during the day.
Because of its mountainous backdrop, Kolymbia is also a great place for walkers and mountain bikers. You can hire cycles from a number of places locally.
Whilst Kolymbia does not have the nightlife of nearby Faliraki or Rhodes Town, there are a handful of good restaurants and bars to choose from. There are also a number of luxury 5 star hotles lining the beach where you can get something to eat in the evenings and take in the entertainment that most offer on a nightly basis.
Kolymbia is not a resort for party animals but it is an excellent choice for families with teenagers that may want the odd night of clubbing in Faliraki as it is only a short taxi ride away. Parents can sit and take in the calmer atmospehere in Kolymbia! Rhodes Town is also only 30 minutes away so if you fancy a day of shopping or sightseeing you can get there very easily.
Afandou village is centered around a lovely square and you will find a good selection of bars, restaurants and tavernas to choose from. This is a great resort for families or couple alike that want a relaxing resort by the beach and some great places to get something to eat and enjoy a few drinks before strolling home in the evenings. Afadou is also only 5km from the party resort of Faliraki so if you fancy a crazy night on the town you're not too far away from all the action!

We had a fantastic week, largely because the villa was ideal for our requirements. We all agreed that the pool and outside seating area make days and evenings there perfect. The villa itself has all the amenities that we could possibly want, plenty of kitchen equipment, smart bathrooms, comfortable and with new furniture.
