Panoramic Villa Maia is a spacious, detached 3 bedroom 2 bathroom villa that can sleep 7. It has off-road parking with gated entrance and own private swimming pool. It also benefits from air conditioning throughout.
Panoramic Villa Maia is situated in an elevated position overlooking the traditional village of Fanes on the north-west corner of the island of Rhodes. It has spectacular views of the mountains to the rear and the sparkling Aegean sea to the front. It is only a short drive from both the airport and the historic town of Rhodos, the capital city of Rhodes, with its famous Old Town.

All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and bedside tables and the upstairs rooms each have a balcony with fantastic views. The downstairs bedroom has a double bed with a single bunk bed above and a private terrace.
The fully fitted kitchen includes a full size dishwasher and washing machine. The window and door shutters can be closed from the inside. The spacious living area has comfortable seating for 6 and also has satellite TV, a DVD player, stereo system and a selection of books for you to read.
There is also a large sun terrace with outside BBQ and dining area with table and chairs for dining outside. There are plenty of sun loungers for lazing around the pool.

Directions
Directions from Rhodes Airport:
- Turn right out of the airport onto the main road.
- Follow this road through the village of Paradisi and continue towards Soroni.
- This is the one main road on the West Coast of Rhodes.
- You will pass a mini golf course on the left and a row of hotels on the right.
- Staying on the main road you will see a power station on the right and shortly after you will pass through Soroni Village (a Dia supermarket and several shops and café bars).
- Following signs towards Kamiros, you will pass over a small bridge and immediately to the right is a Co-op supermarket. Fanes is the next village.
- There is a pharmacy on the right and a petrol station on the left. Turn left at the petrol station. After the petrol station at the fork in the road keep left.
- Once heading up the hill, follow the small hand painted signs for ΑΓ ΒΑΡΒΑΡΑ. The signs will take you through narrow, winding streets until you reach the site of your villa.
- There are six villas which you will see ahead of you. The entrance is a right hand turn.
- Villa Maia is the second villa on your right.

Super Beschreibung über die Ferienwohnung. Alles hat gepasst. Ein sehr ruhiger Ort, das Meer ist ca. 1,2 Km entfernt und mann braucht auch nicht unbedingt ein Auto. Eine Busverbindung fährt alle stunde Richtung Flughafen oder Rhodos Stadt. Haben den Urlaub zu 4 +einem Baby verbracht.
Das Anwesen war sehr gepflegt und sauber.
5 Sterne - Weiter so und vielen dank an unseren Gastgeber aus Großbritannien.
