Villa Kapheira is a luxury air conditioned villa suitable for families, couples or groups. This stunning villa sleeps 6 people and has it’s own private pool, garden and sun-deck. It is situated on a small newly developed complex close to beautiful Haraki Bay (two minutes by car), the golden sands of Agathi Beach (five minutes by car) and unspoilt Massari village (five minutes walk.) The spectacular ancient town of Lindos is only ten minutes drive from your holiday villa, which occupies a quiet position on the beach road, surrounded by open countryside.
Villa Kapheira has a comfortable and spacious lounge with sofas, TV and DVD player, and access via french windows to the outside dining patio and pool area. A cosy log fireplace awaits winter visitors. There is a fully equipped kitchen and a dining room with seating for 6. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in the villa; a twin bedroom on the ground floor and a stunning master bedroom on the first floor with a large balcony and an en-suite bathroom. The villa also has wireless internet access.
Please note that we also rent put the 2 properties next door to this villa (property ref GR031 and GR032) and all 3 can be rented out together to accommodate larger groups of up to 18 guests. Please ask for details.
Villa Kapheira - Massari, Rhodes (Sleeps 6)
This beautiful 2 bedroomed semi-detached villa with private pool comprises of:
A spacious and airy lounge area with a large, comfortable corner sofa seating 6. This sofa can be made into a luxurious double sofa bed. There is a flat screen TV, DVD player and Hi-Fi system for guests to use and a lovely log fire for those cosy winter evenings.
The lounge opens out onto the dining and kitchen area. The dining table has seating for all guests with formal place settings.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all mod cons including a washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher.
Off the lounge area you'll find bedroom 2 which has 2 single beds, fitted wardrobes, a flat screen TV and access out onto the terrace. The downstairs shower room is adjacent to this bedroom.
The master bedroom can be found on the first floor. This beautiful room has a King size bed, fitted wardrobes and drawers, a flat screen TV and access out onto a large private balcony overlooking the pool. The master bedroom has a high spec en-suite bathroom.
Outside, the villa has lots of space with a large sun-deck and private pool. There are sun loungers to chill out on and a table and chairs. As well as you private outside space there is a lovely communal BBQ area with outdoor kitchen and seating which can be used by all guests.
There is private parking to the front of the property.
Guests staying in this villa are provided with 100% cotton linen, fresh towels and complimentary shampoo and shower gel in the bathrooms.

Situated on the first floor with King size bed, fitted wardrobes, chest of drawers, bedside cabinets, flat screen TV, private balcony and en-suite bathroom.
All bed linen is 100% cotton and is laundered and pressed weekly. This bed also has an orthopaedic mattress.

Situated on the ground floor with twin beds and fitted wardrobes and flat screen TV. French doors lead out onto the terrace. This room has access to the downstairs shower room.

Directions
From Diagoras Airport:
- On leaving the airport follow signs for Lindos, this is well signposted.
- You will pick up signs for Massari Village after around 35 minutes, follow these and then turn left towards the beach.
- After around 150 metres you will see the villas ahead of you.
