This beautifully furnished quality villa is 1 of only 18 in total on this highly exclusive top quality gated complex. Set in immaculate grounds centred around the huge communal pool, which has a shallow end with Roman steps making it ideal for children, but at 20 mtrs x 10 mtrs more than adequate for the serious swimmers. Also, the pool is located right beside the villa Sahara patio area and due to the extremely low population of guests on site at any one time will almost definitely serve as virtually your own private pool!

Villa Sahara greets you with its imposing double storey entrance hall with huge picture window and decorative chandelier which leads straight into the light and airy lounge and also accesses the modern open plan kitchen and dining area.
Double patio doors from the sitting room lead directly onto the spacious terrace with dining table and chairs for leisurely al fresco meals and sun loungers for relaxing around the adjacent superb communal pool or in the beautifully maintained grounds.
The ground floor double bedroom with en-suite also has access to the terrace via patio doors.
The staircase leads to a galleried landing which accesses two further double bedrooms each with their own en-suite bathroom. Both these bedrooms also enjoy their own private spacious balcony with patio chairs and tables – a perfect spot for a relaxing evening drink overlooking the pool and gardens.
The lower floor consists of 2 twin bedded rooms with a shared bathroom. There is also a laundry room in the basement and a guest W.C. on the ground floor.

The villa complex is situated just off the main route into Agadir so should you not wish to hire a car, taxis are both plentiful and cheap for trips into the centre of the resort.

Hi Allan,   Home from Morocco with our 6 children and have had the most amazing holiday. The villa was perfect for us all and was so well cared for. We were met by Fatima who had kindly shopped for us and who also put us in touch with a driver who was able to take Stuart,myself and all our children everywhere.
