Villa Archer in Vale de Parra, Algarve (Sleeps 6/8)

Villa Archer is a bright and airy villa with lots of space for guests to relax and unwind.

The living area is large and has lots of room for guests to sit on 1, 2 and 3 seater sofas.  The lounge also has a 42" HD LCD TV with Portuguese and Sky satellite channels.  There is also a DVD player and an MP3 dock and music station with CD player.  For cooler months there is a lovely wood burning fire which can be closed off in summer.  The villa is air conditioned throughout and can also be heated in winter.  There is a dining area next to the lounge with seating for 6 guests, this opens out onto the patio and has lovely views across the garden.

There is a fully equipped kitchen in the villa equipped with cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.  Smaller appliances like a kettle and toaster are also provided.  All cutlery, cooking utensils, crockery and pots and pans are also included.  The kitchen opens out onto a lovely patio with a large table that can seat up to 10 guests.

There are 3 bedrooms in the villa.  The master bedroom has a super King size bed, masses of wardrobe space and bedside cabinets as well as a TV with cable channels.  The master en-suite bathroom has a large walk-in shower, WC, bidet and washbasin.  A hair dryer is also provided.  The master bedroom is located on the first floor, away form the other rooms offering guests lots of privacy.

Bedrooms 2 and 3 both have twin beds.  They are lovely, bright rooms with plenty of storage space and TV's in both rooms.  Bedroom 2 has an en-suite with bath, shower, WC and washbasin and bedroom 3 has use of the shower room just across the hall.  These rooms open out onto the patio and gardens.  Extra sleeping space can be provided on a raised double size AeroBed (please ask for details.)

Outside the villa there is lots of space for guests to relax.  The garden is enclosed offering privacy and there is plenty of loungers to chill out on.  The heated saltwater pool measures approx 8m x 4m and is accessible via Roman steps.  There is also a 'bubble seat' spa that guests can relax in.  The BBQ area is well equipped and perfect for evenings at home dining al fresco.  There is also secure parking at the villa.

Towels and linen are provided (please bring beach towels) and there are 2 security safes in the property for your valuables.
