Villa Grande Do Sol in Porches, Algarve (Sleeps 16)

This beautiful villa was built in 2006 and has been finished to a fantastic standard.  Stepping into the grand entrance hall you'll feel like you've arrived somewhere special.

The living room has 2 large leather sofas that can seat up to 14 guests.  There is a TV with satellite channels and a DVD player as well as a stereo system.  The room centres around a lovely fireplace and large french windows lead out onto the terrace and garden.

The dining area is also in this open plan living space and there is a large formal dining atble to seat 10 guests.  You'll also find a further living room with it's own bar on this floor!

The large kicthen is equipped with all appliances, including a large fridge freezer, dishwasher and microwave.  The hob sits on an island in the middle of the kitchen which also doubles as a breakfast bar.  There is everything you'll need for a carefree self catering holiday.  A separate utility room houses a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

Downstairs the basement of the house has been converted into a games room and chill out area with a full size pool/snooker table, table tennis table and football table.  There's also a leather sofa for lounging on!

Each of the 6 bedrooms has its own colour scheme and has been furnished to an excellent standard.  There are 5 double rooms and a twin room.  Two of the double rooms also have double sofa beds allowing for an additional 4 guests to sleep comfortably.  Each bedroom also has its own en-suite bathroom.  The master bedroom's ensuite bathroom has a luxurious jacuzzi bath.

Outside the villa is just as impressive with a large dining terrace and table to seat 10 guests and plenty of sun loungers to relax on.  The attractive lawned gardens are surrounded by mature trees and hedges offering privacy.  The pool is exceptional with Roamn steps leading into the water and a separate children's area.  The pool can be heated (at an additonal cost) in cooler months and at night you can light it up in a choice of colours using the remote controlled LED lighting!

All towels and linene are provided and there is also a daily maid service included in the cost of your stay.

The long gated driveway provides secure parking for several cars.
