This light and airy property has well appointed lounge and dining areas that comfortably seat their guests and are the ideal place to use the games, books, TV and Hi-Fi that are available. The designer kitchen has all modern conveniences that will make your self-catering stay an easy one
The solid hardwood staircase that leads up from the hall takes you through to the three large double bedrooms all of which have large patio windows, balconies with lagoon views. The hardwood fitted wardrobes and drawers provide ample storage space.
The master bedroom has a double bed, ensuite bathroom with toilet and shower, and a dressing area. The further two bedrooms are made up of a double bed and two singles each of which are served by a family bathroom with shower, toilet and bidet. The basement area boasts a pool table and shower room.
Externally the property is perfect for Al Fresco dining with its spacious courtyard, dining furniture and brick built BBQ. The front of the property is laid to lawn and is ideal for sunbathing.
