The property is beautifully kept and is the perfect base from which to explore and experience all that this vibrant and energetic area has to offer.
If all the exuberance of the area leaves you needing a rest then there is plenty of space to soak up the sun whether it be from the ground level terrace and garden or the sun roof terrace where you will truly appreciate the Panoramic views down to the Benidorm Coastline.
Townhouse Terra Mitica (sleeps 4)
Terra Mitica’s accommodation and living space is split over 4 levels and is well-appointed throughout. The lounge has TV with Freeview, Hi-Fi and even an i-pod docking station. The kitchen is well-equipped and has all you need for a self-catering holiday. The property has 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed, air conditioning, 19” LCD TV and en-suite bathroom and the second bedroom has twin beds.
Externally, the property has two terraces and a private garden. There is a BBQ on the ground floor terrace along with sufficient dining table and chairs to enable you to make the most of that outside dining experience.
The villa’s location on Golf Bahia gives you access to three communal pools, one of which is only 25 metres away and should you feel in the need for some exercise or pampering there is a gym and spa on site.
You are also within easy access of the renowned Terra Mitica theme park, Terra Nutura Animal and Water Park and a whole host of Golf Courses, including a high-class ‘pitch and putt’. If you are searching for something a little more native the Alicante mountain range is only 2km inland.

Transfers from airport to Terra Mitica priced at 50 euros.
A bus service does run from Alicante airport to Golf Bahia.

I would like to express my appreciation for all of the helpful touches included in the apartment, water and fresh milk in the fridge, beer in the cooler, soap, fresh towels, etc etc! It's a lovely flat and we enjoyed it very much.

Enjoyed our stay in townhouse terramittica. Overall the property was excellent. The outside furnisher is in need of replacement and could do with more lighting outside.location great and pool area excellent. Would stay again.

Property was lovely, great location, well equipped, gardens and pool really well maintained. Very quiet area but only a few minutes drive to shops and a few more minutes to bars, restaurants.
