El Coto urbanisation caters for all your day to day requirements within a 5 minute walk from Villa Londrina - well stocked licensed supermarket with butchery and fresh produce, a pharmacy, newsagent, pizza parlour, several bars and restaurants.
Villa Londrina is lavishly furnished with great thought going into its presentation. Everything is designed to ensure you have a relaxing and enjoyable villa holiday experince. The living areas are spacious and light whilst the bedrooms offer privacy and a good nights sleep. The landscaped gardens are immaculately presented and the large pool is perfect for a cooling dip after spending some time soaking up the sunshine.

Villa Londrina is truly a stunning property and was built to the highest possible standards with double glazing and marble floors throughout.
No expense has been spared. On entering the villa you are greeted by an impressive entrance hall. From here you can access the air-conditioned master-bedroom with king-size bed, master en-suite and dressing area. This bedroom overlooks the garden and swimming pool and has French windows that take you out onto a lovely terrace. The living areas are also accessed from the entrance hall, double doors lead into the sitting room which has a magnificent marble fireplace. French windows lead from the sitting room onto the terrace which is ideal for drinks with family and friends. The formal dining room is well furnished and is easily accessed from the kitchen. The kitchen is clean and bright and has all modern conveniences including an electric oven and grill, gas hob and oven, microwave and fridge. A utility room next to the kitchen houses the washing machine.
The marble staircase leads upstairs to 2 large twin-bedded rooms, both with fabulous en-suite bathrooms and air conditioning. One of the bedrooms has French windows that lead out onto the upper terrace which again has great views of the manicured grounds. The marble interior staircase cascades down to the garden and large mosaic private pool where sun beds, barbecue and terrace await. At night the lights around the pool make it a lovely place to relax.

The well kept secluded garden boasts a huge pool with Roman steps to one side, a large terrace/patio area and plenty of space for relaxing in the sun or shade on one of the many sun loungers. The built-in BBQ makes al fresco dining perfect during those long hot sunny days while relaxing and enjoying a well deserved break.

A Starter Welcome Pack will be provided which includes the following:
a bottle of Cava, 4 beers, 2 cokes, water, ham, eggs, bread, lettuce, butter, milk, tea, nescafe and sugar - enough for a few cups. Larger bookings will be provided with more Cava and beers.
Bathrooms will have soap and toilet rolls.
Please note: Bookings for one week will receive a mid-stay clean where the maid will go in once, to tidy and clean bathrooms etc.
2 week bookings will receive 3 cleans with a change of sheets after the first week.
