Internally the property is fresh and bright and great effort has gone into providing a home from home feel with all the villas guests requirements being considered and catered for.
The villas location places you within easy walking distance of all local amenities whilst the bright lights and energy of Fuengirola & Marbella are just a short drive away.
Villa Amelia, Mijas Costa, Costa Del Sol. Sleeps 10/12
On arrival at Villa Amelia you will follow a large sweeping drive that takes you through the villas manicured grounds and leads you to the properties large private pool and terrace area. As you step up onto the veranda you are greeted by ornate wooden double doors that open through to the marbled hallway and the ground floor of the villa.
To the right are two private bedrooms with twin beds that are serviced by a good sized family bathroom with a bath and a shower. Turning left from the hallway you enter the impressive comfortable lounge with its high beamed ceiling and large arched windows. The living room is tastefully decorated and provides entertainment through its satellite TV and DVD player. The open fire can be enjoyed on the rare chilly night. The sun terrace can be accessed via French doors.
Following along the hallway you enter the Kitchen and Dining room. The Kitchen is served by all modern appliances and provides a pleasant environment in which to make those self catered meals. The dining room is again bright and airy with large windows and French doors that lead out to the terrace. A breakfast bar area connects the kitchen and dining room.
A marbled staircase then takes you to the first floor where the open landing provides a galleried view of the lounge. From the landing you can access the remaining three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has a large double bed, built in wardrobes, full en-suite and access to a private balcony. Bedroom 2 also boasts a double bed, built in wardrobes and private balcony. The views from both balconies are majestic and offer their guest complete privacy. Bedroom 3 is fresh and newly decorated providing twin beds and built in wardrobes. Bedrooms 2 & 3 are serviced by a newly fitted bathroom with walk in shower. Extra accommodation is provided via 2 camp beds to ensure this fabulous villa can be enjoyed by all family members and friends.
Externally the established private grounds complete this fabulous villa and allow you to enjoy the Costa Del Sol's fine climate. You can sunbathe on the terrace on one of the sun loungers before entering the private pool via the roman steps. The veranda that follows two sides of the house is ideal for relaxing and enjoying time with family and friends.

- Upon leaving the airport arrivals/pick up area, follow signs for Malaga N340 (Not Salida).
- Go straight across at the roundabout, (keep in the right hand lane, passing San Miguel brewery), take exit signed N340 Cadiz/ Algeciras.
- Follow dual-carriageway. Just after Carranza/ Large Guarnieri BMW Garage (both on the right) take the exit to the right following blue overhead signs for N340 for approx. 15 minutes.
- At Junction 214 road splits into E15 or N340 keep on N340. Keep following signs for Fuengirola/ Algeciras… DO NOT TAKE EXIT 213 SIGNED MIJAS/FUENGIROLA
- Remain on N340 to Fuengirola until you pass the huge glass-fronted El Corte Ingles and Hipercor on your right.
- Take next exit number 210
- At roundabout turn right into Avenido de Mijas with Victoria Ford Garage on left corner.
- Continue along Avenida de Mijas past Mercadonna Supermarket until Urbanizacion El Coto.
- Just past El Coto Retaurant and supermarket on the right, take left hand turn signed La Sierrezuela.
- Follow road up the hill passing the community centre and Restaurant Jason at El Potro on the right.
- Just past the restaurant there are two left hand turns very close together.
- Take second left signed Rosas/ Sierrezuela Hill Club.
- Then at crossroads turn right.
- Follow road and go straight on at the crossroads. Take your first left into Calle Olivos
- Follow the road for approx 500 metres until you see the villa on your right Number 198

Mijas Costa
Mijas Costa is the area covering the coastline from Torremolinos to Marbella incorporating such resorts as Benalmadena, Fuengirola, Calahonda, La Cala, El Faro, Riviera etc.
La Sierrezuela, El Coto, Las Lomas de Mijas and Campo Mijas are in the area known as Laguna de Mijas, all being exclusive residential areas set in the countryside (campo) between Fuengirola and the old town of Mijas, thus offering easy access to both the coast and the mountains.
Mijas
The village of Mijas is one of the oldest towns in Spain, steeped in history and culture it comes as no surprise this charming village still proves to be a popular tourist attraction today. Perched high up on the hillside you can explore the narrow cobbled streets and enjoy the stunning views in one of many view-points/resting places located all over the village. The Andalucia white-washed houses add to the character and charm of this village with numerous traditional Spanish craft shops, bars and restaurants. A leisurely stroll will provide an excellent opportunity to find a wonderful souvenir to take home with plenty of small shops offering leather goods, ceramics, jewellery, paintings and more. If your legs are tired from all the walking or you fancy a novel experience, why not stop by the Tourist Office and try the famous donkey taxi service and take a tour around Mijas on a donkey's back, typically around 12 euros.
El Coto
Is a 20 minute walk from your villa and has an excellent selection of local reataurants and bars for you to choose from including El Brujo, Las Lilas, El Coto and El Potro. El Potro is also a sports bar downstairs so you will be able to keep up to date on those major porting events whilst on hjoliday. El Coto also has a chemist, supermarket, pizzeria and newsagent that has english newspapers. If you really don't want to go too far from your villa then El Coto does have it all for you.
