Casa Sisu is located in the upmarket urbanisation of La Sierrezuela, one of the Costa Del Sols most sought after locations. The villa is beautifully maintained and within walking distance of all amenities.

Casa Sisu is a very private and secure villa, standing back off the road in an elevated position, the true beauty of the house, gardens and wonderful views cannot be fully appreciated until you enter the grounds. Once you have done so one of the villa’s most striking features are the magnificent French windows which run along the whole length of the lounge giving access to the enclosed sun terrace and offering stunning, uninterrupted views towards the Mijas Golf course and the mountains beyond – you literally can see for miles!

Inside there is a tremendous feeling of spaciousness as the lounge, dining room and kitchen areas are all of an open aspect making the most of the magnificent panoramic views which can be enjoyed throughout.

The superbly equipped, fully air conditioned, comfortably furnished villa also has a large brand new high definition wall mounted TV, satellite and DVD player.

WiFi Wireless ADSL broadband access is also available at no extra charge.

The large kitchen with extensive work surfaces is fully equipped with all modern appliances.
 
All the bedrooms and bathrooms are very well equipped with quality fixtures and fittings and high quality beds and 4 of the 5 bedrooms enjoy the luxury of their own en suite bathroom.
 
Externally the villa boasts an attractive kidney shaped private pool that is Solar Heated with ample sun loungers, the large pool terrace has a delightful gazebo. The well established, illuminated garden is maintained to a very high standard and even boasts its own well stocked fish pond.

Externally, there is a large pool terrace with delightful gazebo, steps lead up to the upper terrace housing the gas BBQ with lava stones. There is also a pergola terrace at the back, completely fenced and secluded. The grounds are completely private and a key is required for access. The beautifully maintained garden boasts stunning panoramic views overlooking Mijas Golf valley and the hipodrome horse racecourse, the views can be enjoyed from both the garden and villa. The south west facing garden provides all day sun to the pool area and afternoon shade around the BBQ area.

The private pool is 3.5 x 7.5 metres approx, kidney shaped. Depth 1.10 - 1.60 metres approx. The raised terrace has ample dining table and chairs making alfresco dining a must.

Directions

  1. Upon leaving the airport arrivals/pick up area, follow signs for Malaga N340 (Not Salida).
  2. Go straight across at the roundabout, (keep in the right hand lane, passing San Miguel brewery), take exit signed N340 Cadiz/ Algeciras.
  3. Follow dual-carriageway. Just after Carranza/ Large Guarnieri BMW Garage (both on the right) take the exit to the right following blue overhead signs for N340 for approx. 15 minutes.
  4. At Junction 214 road splits into E15 or N340 keep on N340. Keep following signs for Fuengirola/ Algeciras… DO NOT TAKE EXIT 213 SIGNED MIJAS/FUENGIROLA
  5. Remain on N340 to Fuengirola until you pass the huge glass-fronted El Corte Ingles and Hipercor on your right.
  6. Take next exit number 210
  7. At roundabout turn right into Avenido de Mijas with Victoria Ford Garage on left corner.
  8. Continue along Avenida de Mijas past Mercadonna Supermarket until Urbanizacion El Coto.
  9. Just past El Coto Retaurant and supermarket on the right, take left hand turn signed La Sierrezuela.
  10. Follow road up the hill passing the community centre and Restaurant Jason at El Potro on the right.
  11. Just past the restaurant there are two left hand turns very close together.
  12. Take second left signed Rosas/ Sierrezuela Hill Club.
  13. Then at crossroads turn right.
  14. Follow road over the next crossroads and Villa Casa Sisu is second on the right.

Mijas Costa

Mijas Costa is the area covering the coastline from Torremolinos to Marbella incorporating such resorts as Benalmadena, Fuengirola, Calahonda, La Cala, El Faro, Riviera etc.

La Sierrezuela, El Coto, Las Lomas de Mijas and Campo Mijas are in the area known as Laguna de Mijas, all being exclusive residential areas set in the countryside (campo) between Fuengirola and the old town of Mijas, thus offering easy access to both the coast and the mountains.

Mijas

The village of Mijas is one of the oldest towns in Spain, steeped in history and culture it comes as no surprise this charming village still proves to be a popular tourist attraction today. Perched high up on the hillside you can explore the narrow cobbled streets and enjoy the stunning views in one of many view-points/resting places located all over the village. The Andalucia white-washed houses add to the character and charm of this village with numerous traditional Spanish craft shops, bars and restaurants. A leisurely stroll will provide an excellent opportunity to find a wonderful souvenir to take home with plenty of small shops offering leather goods, ceramics, jewellery, paintings and more. If your legs are tired from all the walking or you fancy a novel experience, why not stop by the Tourist Office and try the famous donkey taxi service and take a tour around Mijas on a donkey's back, typically around 12 euros.

El Coto

Is a pleasent 10 minute walk from your villa and has an excellent selection of local reataurants and bars for you to choose from including El Brujo, Las Lilas, El Coto and El Potro. El Potro also has a sports bar downstairs so you will be able to keep up to date on those major sporting events whilst on hjoliday. El Coto also has a chemist, supermarket, pizzeria and newsagent that has english newspapers. If you really don't want to go too far from your villa then El Coto does have it all for you.
