Casa Paseros makes a bold statement with a large imposing 2 storey entrance hall/dining room with galleried landing leading to first floor which comprises:

Large master bedroom with beautiful NEW super king size four poster bed, dressing room complete with fitted wardrobes, en-suite bathroom with bath, shower, bidet, double washbasin and WC. This opens onto a separate sitting room with French doors leading onto the upper balcony overlooking the pool and gardens. The sitting room has a double sofa bed so the room could be used as a children’s bedroom if needed, to make a private family suite.

The second bedroom on this floor has twin beds and an en-suite bathroom as in the master bedroom, plus its own access to the balcony.

Bedroom 3 on the ground floor has a double bed, en-suite bathroom as before and French doors leading to the lower balcony.

Bedroom 4 is situated on the lower floor consisting of a double bed with en-suite shower and WC. On the same floor bedroom 5 has been furnished with bunk beds and 1 single bed, while bedroom 6 has a double bed and bedrooms 7 offers twin beds. Kitchen 2 is also on the lower floor and has been fully equipped with all modern appliances, crockery and utensils.

The living accommodation on the ground floor comprises huge lounge area with ample seating with bay window enjoying magnificent panoramic views over the golf course and mountains, plus a feature fire place for a log fire in the cooler months.

The newly fitted state of the art kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, oven and hob, microwave and an American style fridge freezer, plus ample pots, pans etc. to cater for your party.

There is also a separate WC on the ground floor.

All rooms have the option of air con/heating.

The ground floor balcony is accessed from the entrance hall and the lounge and is fully under cover and makes an excellent outdoor dining area.

The barbecue area also has ample seating for outdoor dining, with overhead blinds for shade in the day and is fully illuminated for evening dining. The pool area is equipped with sun loungers and there is also a lower level garden area with various fruit trees.

There are numerous bars, restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy and a newsagent within a short walk of the villa.

Latest Review

The villa is perfect for a holiday with friends or family. The communal living spaces and outdoor areas are excellent. The highlight of our trip was time spent at the property and actually made our holiday much cheaper as we didn't want to eat out etc. Agnes was very helpful during our stay and kept in regular contact to ensure our stay was a nice one. Couldn't recommend it more.

  1. Upon leaving the airport arrivals/pick up area, follow signs for Malaga N340 (Not Salida).
  2. Go straight across at the roundabout, (keep in the right hand lane, passing San Miguel brewery), take exit signed N340 Cadiz/ Algeciras.
  3. Follow dual-carriageway. Just after Carranza/ Large Guarnieri BMW Garage (both on the right) take the exit to the right following blue overhead signs for N340 for approx. 15 minutes.
  4. At Junction 214 road splits into E15 or N340 keep on N340. Keep following signs for Fuengirola/ Algeciras… DO NOT TAKE EXIT 213 SIGNED MIJAS/FUENGIROLA
  5. Remain on N340 to Fuengirola until you pass the huge glass-fronted El Corte Ingles and Hipercor on your right.
  6. Take next exit number 210
  7. At roundabout turn right into Avenido de Mijas with Victoria Ford Garage on left corner.
  8. Continue along Avenida de Mijas past Mercadonna Supermarket until Urbanizacion El Coto.
  9. Just past El Coto Retaurant and supermarket on the right, take left hand turn signed La Sierrezuela.
  10. Follow road up the hill passing the community centre and Restaurant Jason at El Potro on the right.
  11. Just past the restaurant there are two left hand turns very close together.
  12. Take second left signed Rosas/ Sierrezuela Hill Club.
  13. Then at crossroads turn right.
  14. Follow road climbing up hill, road bends round to the right. You will see a tennis court on the right – Casa Paseros is the Villa directly opposite the tennis court

Mijas Costa

Mijas Costa is the area covering the coastline from Torremolinos to Marbella incorporating such resorts as Benalmadena, Fuengirola, Calahonda, La Cala, El Faro, Riviera etc.

La Sierrezuela, El Coto, Las Lomas de Mijas and Campo Mijas are in the area known as Laguna de Mijas, all being exclusive residential areas set in the countryside (campo) between Fuengirola and the old town of Mijas, thus offering easy access to both the coast and the mountains.

Mijas

The village of Mijas is one of the oldest towns in Spain, steeped in history and culture it comes as no surprise this charming village still proves to be a popular tourist attraction today. Perched high up on the hillside you can explore the narrow cobbled streets and enjoy the stunning views in one of many view-points/resting places located all over the village. The Andalucia white-washed houses add to the character and charm of this village with numerous traditional Spanish craft shops, bars and restaurants. A leisurely stroll will provide an excellent opportunity to find a wonderful souvenir to take home with plenty of small shops offering leather goods, ceramics, jewellery, paintings and more. If your legs are tired from all the walking or you fancy a novel experience, why not stop by the Tourist Office and try the famous donkey taxi service and take a tour around Mijas on a donkey's back, typically around 12 euros.

El Coto

Is a 20 minute walk from your villa and has an excellent selection of local reataurants and bars for you to choose from including El Brujo, Las Lilas, El Coto and El Potro. El Potro is also a sports bar downstairs so you will be able to keep up to date on those major porting events whilst on hjoliday. El Coto also has a chemist, supermarket, pizzeria and newsagent that has english newspapers. If you really don't want to go too far from your villa then El Coto does have it all for you.

Hi Julia, Just a quick note to say thank you for the returned deposit, Agnes left it with one of the guys as I had already left for the airport before she arrived. The Villa was all we expected and more, beautiful views, lovely pool and a TV very much fit for viewing the World Cup!! We all had a great week and made good use of the bbq on those long summer nights. I'd be grateful if you would pass on our appreciations to Agnes, she was always on hand should we need anything. Hello Allan and Julia, I just wanted to thank you for our brilliant holiday and say a huge thank you, the weather was not to good but the fact u gave us the Florida pool heater helped a great deal as like i said we are wet anyway so we all used the pool its was lovely and clean, and Phil was a star... came a lot to make sure we were ok and if we needed firewood he took us, he was remarkable and so friendly. Agnes well what can I say she was SATISFACTORY lol I'm only joking she was an absolute star and made us very welcome and again she went out of her way to help us in anyway she could, sadly i fell on my way into town and Agnes took time out to take me to hospital and waited and brought me back. Don't know what we would of done without her and Phil. The villa it's self was truly amazing its was just as it said on the tin.. clean and very luxurious we had a floor each. for the 10 days we were there we lived like kings and queens all our needs were pampered too by Agnes and Phil so once again thank you so much.
