Casa Paseros makes a bold statement with a large imposing 2 storey entrance hall/dining room with galleried landing leading to first floor which comprises:
Large master bedroom with beautiful NEW super king size four poster bed, dressing room complete with fitted wardrobes, en-suite bathroom with bath, shower, bidet, double washbasin and WC. This opens onto a separate sitting room with French doors leading onto the upper balcony overlooking the pool and gardens. The sitting room has a double sofa bed so the room could be used as a children’s bedroom if needed, to make a private family suite.
The second bedroom on this floor has twin beds and an en-suite bathroom as in the master bedroom, plus its own access to the balcony.
Bedroom 3 on the ground floor has a double bed, en-suite bathroom as before and French doors leading to the lower balcony.
Bedroom 4 is situated on the lower floor consisting of a double bed with en-suite shower and WC. On the same floor bedroom 5 has been furnished with bunk beds and 1 single bed, while bedroom 6 has a double bed and bedrooms 7 offers twin beds. Kitchen 2 is also on the lower floor and has been fully equipped with all modern appliances, crockery and utensils.
The living accommodation on the ground floor comprises huge lounge area with ample seating with bay window enjoying magnificent panoramic views over the golf course and mountains, plus a feature fire place for a log fire in the cooler months.
The newly fitted state of the art kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, oven and hob, microwave and an American style fridge freezer, plus ample pots, pans etc. to cater for your party.
There is also a separate WC on the ground floor.
All rooms have the option of air con/heating.
The ground floor balcony is accessed from the entrance hall and the lounge and is fully under cover and makes an excellent outdoor dining area.
The barbecue area also has ample seating for outdoor dining, with overhead blinds for shade in the day and is fully illuminated for evening dining. The pool area is equipped with sun loungers and there is also a lower level garden area with various fruit trees.
There are numerous bars, restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy and a newsagent within a short walk of the villa.

The villa is perfect for a holiday with friends or family. The communal living spaces and outdoor areas are excellent. The highlight of our trip was time spent at the property and actually made our holiday much cheaper as we didn't want to eat out etc. Agnes was very helpful during our stay and kept in regular contact to ensure our stay was a nice one.
