Detailed Description

The apartment itself has a large beautifully furnished lounge and dining room with leather sofas and a flat screen, high definition TV, sky satellite box and a DVD player with a selection of films. There is a private balcony leading from the lounge with patio table and chairs which gives excellent views of the secure garden and pool area below.

The master bedroom with double bed also benefits from a large walk in dressing room with wall to wall fitted wardrobes and access to the en-suite bathroom comprising bath, shower, bidet, w.c. and washbasin. This bedroom also has its own private balcony with patio furniture and magnificent uninterrupted views of the Mijas countryside and mountains.

The second bedroom is furnished with twin single beds and is served by the second bathroom with wc, hand basin and walk in shower.

Should they be required, there are also two additional fold out single beds. One can be easily accommodated in the separate dressing room off the master bedroom and the other in the spacious lounge. Offering a total sleeping capacity of 6 persons.

The kitchen is fitted with all modern, quality appliances including washing machine, dishwasher, large fridge freezer, oven with halogen hob, microwave, toaster, kettle etc.

The apartment also has its own designated underground, secure parking space.

Directions

  1. Upon leaving the airport arrivals/pick up area, follow signs for Malaga N340 (Not Salida).
  2. Go straight across at the roundabout, (keep in the right hand lane, passing San Miguel brewery), take exit signed N340 Cadiz/ Algeciras.
  3. Follow dual-carriageway. Just after Carranza/ Large Guarnieri BMW Garage (both on the right) take the exit to the right following blue overhead signs for N340 for approx. 15 minutes.
  4. At Junction 214 road splits into E15 or N340 keep on N340. Keep following signs for Fuengirola/ Algeciras… DO NOT TAKE EXIT 213 SIGNED MIJAS/ FUENGIROLA
  5. Remain on N340 to Fuengirola passing the huge glass-fronted El Corte Ingles / Hipercor on your right.
  6. At the second exit past El Corte Ingles take exit number 209 signposted Coin.
  7. Continue along road to Coin passing the Police Station on the right and BP Service Station on the left.
  8. Continue straight on over the large roundabout for some distance until you pass the 19th Hole Restaurant on the right, approximately 100 yards after the 19th Hole take the first turn right into Mijas Golf.
  9. El Limonar Apartments are at the very end of the road on the left.

Mijas Costa

Mijas Costa is the area covering the coastline from Torremolinos to Marbella incorporating such resorts as Benalmadena, Fuengirola, Calahonda, La Cala, El Faro, Riviera etc.

La Sierrezuela, El Coto, Las Lomas de Mijas and Campo Mijas are in the area known as Laguna de Mijas, all being exclusive residential areas set in the countryside (campo) between Fuengirola and the old town of Mijas, thus offering easy access to both the coast and the mountains.

Mijas

The village of Mijas is one of the oldest towns in Spain, steeped in history and culture it comes as no surprise this charming village still proves to be a popular tourist attraction today. Perched high up on the hillside you can explore the narrow cobbled streets and enjoy the stunning views in one of many view-points/resting places located all over the village. The Andalucia white-washed houses add to the character and charm of this village with numerous traditional Spanish craft shops, bars and restaurants. A leisurely stroll will provide an excellent opportunity to find a wonderful souvenir to take home with plenty of small shops offering leather goods, ceramics, jewellery, paintings and more. If your legs are tired from all the walking or you fancy a novel experience, why not stop by the Tourist Office and try the famous donkey taxi service and take a tour around Mijas on a donkey's back, typically around 12 euros.
