Casa Provenza is a charming 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa with a private pool and is perfectly situated in the exclusive urbanization of Valtocado. The villa is in a peaceful location only 5 minutes drive from Mijas and is a wonderful base to explore the Costa del Sol. Mijas is famous for its pretty Andalucian whitewashed Spanish houses and offers all you need to make your self catering stay easy with an excellent selection of shops, bars and restaurants. The Costa del Sol offers a wide variety of choices from water parks, beautiful beaches, excellent nightlife, designer shops and numerous golf courses. Casa Provenza lovingly captures the essence of the Mediterranean with careful use of the lavender blue colour, the theme has been selectively used throughout the villa and garden to great effect.
Casa Provenza has spacious well furnished living room containing a feature fireplace with comfortable seating for 6 people, a flat screen TV with Sky and UK channels, DVD and CD player. Patio doors providing terrace access while an archway leads through to the dining room which seats 8 guests. The dining room has access to the fully equipped kitchen and breakfast room, patio doors open onto the covered terrace offering seating for 8, making outside dining convenient and enjoyable. The villa has WiFi internet available so emailing friends and family is easy.
The ground floor has 3 bedrooms comprising of a large four poster bed and 2 twin bedrooms, all 3 bedrooms are served by 2 bathrooms. The huge master bedroom is located on the first floor and has been well furnished with a 2 metre wide bed and has a large private terrace which delivers breathtaking panoramic sea views. The master bedroom also benefits from air conditioning and an impressive full en-suite bathroom with separate bath and Italian shower, twin washbasins and marble tops.
The villa remains cool during the hot Summer months due its thick walls and terracotta tiles, overhanging porches protects the outside dining area allowing you to enjoy the warm climate even during the midday heat of the sun.
Outside in the garden, the grounds have been well maintained with established pine trees and shrubs providing areas for sun and shade with plenty of space for the kids to run around. The large private pool and terrace comes equipped with ample space for sun loungers and also has an outdoor shower. The covered terrace has enough seating for outside dining and a BBQ completes the full alfresco experience. An excellent outdoor area to enjoy for the whole family, behold stunning views and take advantage of the dramatic sunsets during the evenings. There is secure parking on the driveway.

Mijas Costa
Mijas Costa is the area covering the coastline from Torremolinos to Marbella incorporating such resorts as Benalmadena, Fuengirola, Calahonda, La Cala, El Faro, Riviera etc.
La Sierrezuela, El Coto, Las Lomas de Mijas and Campo Mijas are in the area known as Laguna de Mijas, all being exclusive residential areas set in the countryside (campo) between Fuengirola and the old town of Mijas, thus offering easy access to both the coast and the mountains.
Mijas
The village of Mijas is one of the oldest towns in Spain, steeped in history and culture it comes as no surprise this charming village still proves to be a popular tourist attraction today. Perched high up on the hillside you can explore the narrow cobbled streets and enjoy the stunning views in one of many view-points/resting places located all over the village. The Andalucia white-washed houses add to the character and charm of this village with numerous traditional Spanish craft shops, bars and restaurants. A leisurely stroll will provide an excellent opportunity to find a wonderful souvenir to take home with plenty of small shops offering leather goods, ceramics, jewellery, paintings and more. If your legs are tired from all the walking or you fancy a novel experience, why not stop by the Tourist Office and try the famous donkey taxi service and take a tour around Mijas on a donkey's back, typically around 12 euros.
