Baan Thai Villa is a large townhouse situated on the Baan Thai Villa Resort. Set within lush tropical gardens and located down a quiet residential street, this is the perfect place to relax and unwind. The beach, restaurants, golf courses and shops are all within 10 minutes of the house.

The accommodation comprises of:

Front doors leading to a large open plan lounge/dining room/kitchen on split levels with grand high ceilings making this pace light and airy. The lounge room is on a higher level and has seating for 7 people on a 3 seater sofa, 2 arm chairs and 2 padded stools. There is also a coffee table and a TV, DVD player and Wi-Fi access. The walls are decorated with original Thai artwork.

The dining area has a large table that seats 8, perfect for those evenings when you feel like dining at home.

There is a fully fitted kitchen with toaster, kettle, microwave and fridge freezer. There is also a separate laundry room equipped with a washing machine and ironing board wth iron. Laundry services can be arranged within the resort if you need a break from chores on your holiday!

There are 3 double rooms in the house and 1 single room. The single room is adjacent to one of the double rooms and can be joined on to make a triple room by opening up the partition doors. There are 4 bathrooms in the house that are all equipped with showers, washbasins and a WC. Bedrooms 3 and 4 also have sofa beds which can sleep an additional 1 guest per room (sofa beds are suitable for children or small adults.)

Outside there is a lovely shaded patio area with a small table and chairs, tropical plants and an outdoor foot shower to rinse the sand off after a day at the beach. There is a communal pool area with plenty of loungers for guests and also a coffee bar serving drinks and snacks throughout the day.

As a family with teenagers, all were entertained always. Access to the shared pool, nearby beach, local friendly bar with Wii, pool and great Thai and western food was a recipe for a holiday of a life time. The kids enjoyed the elephant rides, quad bikiing, banana boats and horseriding, whilst the adults were greatly impressed by the Hua Hin Hills vineyard, the outstanding Thai food served everywherein Hua Hin. The house was spotless, spacious and there was always someone to help if needed. The service and food in the nearby coffeee shop was superb. We're now saving up for our next visit asap August 2010

Hottest time of the year, room air cons were perfect. Dha was wonderful, organising anything from transfers to scooters and food. Place was huge, and location was quiet. Far enough away from the hussle and bussle but beach 5 minutes walk, village 5 mins by scooter and Hau Hin centre 15mins. Would certainly consider coming back. June 2012

My family and some friends stayed at this house and found it very comfortable and well appointed. The pool and garden area was just outside the front door and it had a pool bar for those snacks and drinks. If you wanted the beach that was only 100m away. In the surrounding area there are plenty of restaurants and the nearest bar is only a 2 minute walk. If you want more beaches you are spoiled for choice with plenty within 15 mins. Hua Hin is only 10 minutes away and there are plenty of restaurants to suit all tastes. There is plenty to do for all ages and I would recommend this house for a lovely holiday.

Most enjoyable holiday Baan Thai Villas I was there in August 2008, on my way to China on business. With Hua Hin only 2 ½ hours away from Bangkok airport ( about £50 in private taxi minivan) it was a perfect stop over away from the hustle & bustle of Bangkok and a great chance to catch up with some old friends.. The owner had booked my taxi for me, and Dha ( the care taker )was there to meet me on arrival at the house, she had also kindly done some shopping for me as I arrived in the evening. The pool is great, & the coffee shop is lovely for breakfast or lunch, and a great way to sit & relax ,watching the world & his dog go by, or in this case down to the beach -we hardly used the kitchen! The beach is lovely with loungers for hire for 50p and there are plenty of beach side cafes The ever so helpful Dha also arranged to deliver deliciously cooked Thai food to the garden area one evening for our friends reunion. All we had to bring ,was ourselves and some wine & beers to help us along! There were quite a few “chic boutique” hotels sprouting up, we went to a couple, Let’s sea and The Rock, perfect for a gin and tonic before dinner! We had the most relaxing time at Baan Thai Villas I even took in a cookery and yoga class, as well as an amazing massage and pedicure. A few days later I was refreshed and ready to fly to Shanghai to face the onslaught of work... August 2008

My family had a most enjoyable holiday here at Baan Thai villas. We found the accommodation to be of excellent quality. It was very spacious, comfortable and well equipped with modern facilities. The pool on the dootstep was popular with all the family and the local coffee shop was, not only very convenient but, a very friendly place to meet for breakfast and lunch and simply relax with a coffee or a long cool drink. Its location was ideal; close by to a family friendly beach, where the children could go horse riding, go on a banana boat or simply football. There was a variety of restaurants nearby and there was plenty to do in the local area. It was a perfect family holiday and we are sure we will return to Hua Hin and to Baan Thai Villas for another perfect family holiday. October 2009

Our family has stayed at this place twice and have loved it both times. Since we live in Thailand and love beaches, we think that Maire's townhouse is the perfect place to stay. The townhouse is located in a small housing complex called "Baan Thai." It is an easy walk to Khao Takiab beach and a short 5 min taxi ride to Suan Son beach. There is a taxi stand and public transport nearby which can take you into the main centre of Hua Hin. There are also some good restaurants within walking distance. (Make sure to try the Boathouse Restaurant). The complex has a little park and a swimming pool that is cleaned daily. During our stay in March, it also appeared that they were building a new coffee shop or restaurant. Approximately half of the townhouses seemed to be rented out. The remaining places looked like they had full-time residents. The townhouse itself was great and much larger than we were expecting. It is fully furnished with 4 huge bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. There is an aircon and fan in each room. The kitchen had all the basic amenities (except an oven). The family room had comfy chairs and couch. Satellite tv was included as well as WIFI. There is an English-speaking maintenance person who is around the complex every day and can help with any problems or questions that you may have. We also could hire people to clean the house whenever we wanted. Overall, this is a gem and a perfect place for a family (or two couples) to stay. We felt like we were at a resort but still had the freedom and flexibility to do our own cooking if we wanted. About us: We are a family of 5 with children aged 4,2 and a newborn. We enjoy travelling and staying near beaches. Priority in our travel is having a kid-friendly place. This usually means that we stay at mid-range places. Maire's townhouses exceeded our expectations.
