Ground floor

Villa Emily has a superbly presented living room that boasts a feature fireplace and comfortable furnishings as well as a TV and DVD player. The living room allows you to access the terraces outside through two large patio doors which let in lots of light. The lounge also has a sofa bed to accommodate extra guests who wish to enjoy the Turkish Villa Holiday experience.

The dining room has a contemporary design and is ideal for those self catered meals. At mealtimes the large patio doors allow you to enjoy the cooling breeze that drifts in from the Aegean Sea. The good sized kitchen has lots of space and has fantastic Sea views. A water cooler is also on hand. There is a bedroom on this level that has two single beds making it ideal for the children or those who don't want to tackle the stairs. There is plenty of storage space and a bathroom with a shower services the bedroom providing it with its own en-suite.

First floor

This level presents two good sized bedrooms. The master bedroom has a large double bed with a wonderful wooden window seat with cushions. This is a great spot to go through your new book whilst taking in the panoramic vista. The second bedroom has two single beds and cupboards for storage. There is also a family bathroom on this level that has a bath and a shower.

Externally there is parking and the villa is set in its own private grounds with landscaped gardens and private pool. The BBQ and terraces make Al fresco dining a pleasure whilst the views of Gundogan and its bay really are inspiring. Sunbeds are provided to ensure your time in the sun is comfortable and relaxing. Villa Emily is at the front of the complex and as such has uninterrupted views. The shuttle stop is just 50metres from the villa so trips in and out of town are easy, quick and cheap.

Villa Emily really does have everything to ensure you have a memorable holiday.

Statutory Charge : End of cleaning stay £50. This will be added to your booking request upon submission.

A security deposit of £200 is held against your Credit card by the properties management company. This is not taken from the card at any point unless there is any damage.

Payable Locally: A mid stay laundry clean can be requested from the property management for £10 per load should this be required. A cleaning service can be provided if required and charged at rate of the departure clean.
