This well finished and excellently equipped apartment boasts 2 good sized bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a fabulous open plan living space that takes in the kitchen, dining area and lounge.
The master bedroom has a double bed, en-suite bathroom and a Juliet balcony. The second bedroom has twin beds and again with its own Juliet balcony. Both bathrooms have showers with the main bathroom also having a bath. The kitchen has all modern appliances required to make a self-catering stay incredibly simple. The dining and lounge areas are well-furnished with luxurious sofas, coffee table, entertainment centre, digital TV and DVD. The lounge opens onto the private balcony with table and chairs.

Directions
- On leaving the airport take the first right towards Bodrum on the D330.
- After 8 – 10 km you will see on your right hand side between 6-8 large flagpoles flying flags, (this should assure you that you are on the right road).
- Go for a further 2 - 3 km and you will see a BP Petrol Station on your left, a little further up is another garage on your right a PO Petrol Station. After a further 0.6 km then turn next right, you will see a massive sign for ARTEV Homes on your right hand side, turn right just before this sign.
- You then need to drive up the hill for about 6 km. Once you reach the top of the hill you will see a taxi or (TASKI in Turkish) there are signposts for Flamingo County Club keep driving for a further 0.7 km, Flamingo Country Club should be on your right.

The Turquoise Coast / Lycia Region
The Aegean Coast tempts tourists to Turkey with its long, beautiful beaches and forest hills. Ancient port towns such as Foça, Kusadasi and Bodrum have re-invented themselves as modern-day resorts with well-developed tourist infrastructures. But its popularity is nothing new; all the way back in the 2nd Century, Greek travel writer Pausanias wrote a glowing review of the Aegean Coast, praising its pleasant weather climate and splendid architecture.
The northern end of the coast is more popular with the locals than for foreigners, as the farther south you go the better the climate gets. There's plenty to see and lots of sunshine, and it’s easy to get to with regular bus routes from Istanbul and Ankara, and even a ferry from Venice during the summertime.
Dedeman Aquapark
Family holiday activities tend to centre around the beach, but if the kids get fed up of banana-boat rides and boogie boarding, they'll love a trip to Dedeman Aquapark to enjoy the slides and chutes. Carry along the main road past Bodrum for 5 mins and you will come to the Dedeman Aquapark, thrilling for children and adults alike. Nearly opposite is the Kippa supermarket - this is actually Tesco!

Kos
The Greek island of Kos is only a 20 minute hydrofoil trip from Bodrum and has many interesting sights.
Dalyan
There are trips to Dalyan by boat. Cruise down the Koycegiz lake before entering the mud baths. You will see the famous tombs of caunos as you approach the Iztuzu coast which is the breeding place for the Caretta (sea tortoises) in the region where you will have a short rest on the golden sands before heading for the thermal spar which is believed to help skin disorders and rheumatism.
You can browse the Gulets for a day cruising the coast whilst on a trip into Bodrum, choose one which takes your fancy or let us do this for you. Visits can also be arranged to Milas market, traditional Turkish villages - please arrange this with us prior to departure, Fishing trips, horse riding, scuba diving, rafting, jeep safari and the Aquapark.
