This deluxe, superbly furnished fully air conditioned villa sits at the top of the hill on the exclusive Hill View Gardens resort in Yalikavak.
The villa commands one of the best locations on the resort providing you with sun all day from sunrise to sunset. From the private garden you are treated to a beautiful view of the mountains and Aegean sea.
Each of the four bedrooms has a view to the sea and the surrounding mountains. The additional sun terrace is the perfect spot to admire the beautiful sunsets. Furthermore, the villa is just a few steps away from the restaurant, bar, communal pool (with water slides), the gymnasium with sauna and indoor pool whilst still being able to provide privacy and a place just sit back and relax.

The spacious luxurious house (built in 2008) includes the following format:
A spacious entrance hall with cloakroom, all floors and stairs are from marble.
Ground Floor:
- An open plan living room with: Air conditioning, TV with satellite connection, DVD player and movies. Comfortable sofas one of which is a bed settee which can sleep two. Free WiFi internet throughout the resort including the villa.
- An open kitchen with: combination fridge / freezer, microwave, gas cooker and 1 electric hob, dishwasher, washing machine. The kitchen opens onto the terrace.
- Bedroom 1: double bed and wardrobe (hangers provided), air conditioning, night lamps and the bedroom opens onto the terrace.
- Bathroom 2: toilet, sink, bath / shower, hair dryer
First floor:
- Bedroom 2: two single beds and a wardrobe, air conditioning, night lamps
- Bedroom 3: two single beds, air conditioning, night lamp
- Bedroom 4: a double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe, safe, air conditioning and night lamps
- Bathroom 2: that connects to bedroom 4 with: toilet, shower, sink
- Bathroom 3: toilet, sink, bath / shower
Second floor:
- Kitchenette with fridge and large roofterrace. (42 m²) ironing material, vacuum cleaner
The garden:
The Villa enjoys the sun from 7:30 in the morning until sunset. Now also with a beautifull swing !!! UNIQUE ON SITE !!
Also a shower on the pool, before and after the swimming ..., you haven't go to inside to take a shower.!!

The restaurant caters for all needs ranging from breakfast, lunch, evening meal and snacks they will also cater for you to take away your meal. There is a rooftop bar which provides an ideal place to watch over the children in the large communal pool during the day or to watch the stunning sunsets over the Aegean Sea in the evening.
The on site mini-market provides all your daily requirements. There are large supermarkets a few miles away, providing a full range of products just like you would find in the UK.
You can book various excursions, boat trips, car hire etc at reception.

Pool measures 6m x 3.5m and is 1.5m deep. There are also several communal pools on the resort that you can use.

Directions
- On leaving airport take D330 to BODRUM.
- After about 20 mins you pass a signpost saying BODRUM 10, just after this you come to a major crossroads with traffic lights with YALIKAVAK clearly signposted to the right.
- Take this road to TORBA / YALIKAVAK (18KM).
- Follow this road climbing steadily until you come to an island marking the entrance to YALIKAVAK.
- Keep straight on into the town, don’t take any right hand forks along the way. Just past the ambulance station on the left you come to a brown sign for the windmill on the right.
- Carry straight on at this junction passing the mosque on the right, following the coast road with the sea to your right.
- You will pass BODRUM / YALIKAVAK MARINA on the right. (There is a taxi rank here in case your driver wants to liaise with the local taxi drivers for directions to HILL VIEW GARDENS HOLIDAY VILLAGE).
- Keep straight on this road, passing several beachside restaurants and climbing the hill past the CIMENTEPE restaurant, past the YESILYURT MARKET on the left, down the hill past PASANDA BEACH VILLAS and the BLUEWATER BAY RESORT on the right.
- Climbing up the hill you will see signs on a left for DOGA BILIM VILLAS.
- Continue on for approximately a further mile passing a road side on the right for Yalikavak, just past this on the left is a sign for HILL VIEW GARDENS and GUMUSKAYA / MIMOZA / MIHALLESI, turn left here and follow the road up the hill. DO NOT TURN OFF THE ROAD EVEN THOUGH IT IS VERY WINDY. Continue to follow signs for HILL VIEW GARDENS and LOTUS RESTAURANT AND SUPERMARKET. You will arrive at the main gate security barrier and be asked your name and which property you are staying.

From exploring the idyllic Rabbit Island to watching the fishing boats enter the harbour from your favourite beachside café to wining and dining the night away in one of the excellent local restaurants Gumusluk is sure to have it all for that relaxing holiday experience.

Turgutreis has something for everyone with its 19 kilometres of dark sandy beaches, calm shallow sea, stylish new marina and wonderful array of restaurants and bars where you can sample that freshly-caught fish or cool down with your favourite ice-cold drink.
Turgutreis is a lively resort which is epitomised by its renowned Saturday Markets and friendly locals. At night-time you can watch the sun set from a host of waterfront eateries and dance your way through the evening at any one of the lively night spots.

Villa Kamelya 20 was absolutely perfect for our needs. We travelled with teenage children, and felt safe and comfortable for them to spend time by the communal pool whilst we enjoyed the tranquility of our private pool, which was kept perfectly clean on a daily basis by the very polite staff.
Wendy was great and gave us all the information we needed to fully appreciate all of the many pleasures Yalikavak had to offer.
I would fully recommend this villa as a luxurious base from which to enjoy both hill view gardens and yalikavak.
