The beauty of Jasmine Villa is not just restricted to its magnificent location.

As this is the owner’s personal holiday home the brand new property has been superbly fitted throughout with top quality furnishings and decor, boasting a 60 inch HD plasma TV with 5.1 surround sound system, iPod cable/dock, and DVD player. 50 plus English channels available including all the Sky Sports and Movie channels but not unfortunately BBC, ITV or CH4 which are blocked.

The kitchen and bathrooms are all fitted to a standard not normally found in rental properties, all the beds are top quality and the internal light fittings are also top of the range. PLUS at no extra charge a fresh mineral water machine has been installed, so providing a constant supply of fresh chilled drinking water 24/7. SO NO NEED to lug those heavy bottles of water from the supermarket.

WiFi is available in the villa for £20 this obtains you 4 GB of usage.  Should the 4 GB be used during your stay then a further purchase at £20 will need to be made to provide you with another 4GB of usage. These payments are to be made locally to the property representative on arrival who will provide the password for activation, up to 4 machines may be used at the same time although speed may be a little down on UK standards.  

The open plan ground floor living area consists of fully equipped kitchen with oven, hob, inbuilt microwave, dishwasher, huge American style fridge freezer plus an additional built in freezer, and washing machine.

The dining area and lounge area with ample seating has 3 huge patio doors all overlooking the Yalikavak bay, which basically open up the entire wall to the pool and terrace area.

Also on the ground floor is 1 double bedroom with ensuite shower room and toilet, plus an additional shower and toilet off the entrance hall.

The first floor houses a further 3 bedroom, the huge master suite with king size bed boasts its own large balcony with seating again overlooking the bay and out to sea.

There are 2 further double bedrooms which share a large bathroom. Both these bedrooms have French doors opening onto small Juliette balconies again overlooking the bay.

Externally the villa has a shaded terrace area with comfortable sofa and chairs, and an illuminated patio area with dining table and chairs all surrounding the large 14 x 5 metre infinity pool.

The lawned garden area has several fruit trees which you are welcome to take advantage of in season, plus other trees providing shade where you can relax in a hammock for your daily siesta whilst enjoying the heady scent of the jasmine plants.

Added to this is the huge rooftop terrace with seating area and sunbeds which really is the place to enjoy the ultimate Panoramic views, ending the day with the spectacular sunset.

Please note:
The roof top terrace while offering stunning views and being entirely fenced around its complete perimeter, is not safe enough for unaccompanied small children, who could potentially climb through the railings, or indeed adults who have consumed too much alcohol and may therefore lean too heavily upon them. The railings are there to indicate the boundary of the roof only. This is NOT a safety fence, please be careful.

We had the most wonderful holiday in this beautiful place. The standard of the accommodation was outstanding with every need thought of and catered for, stylishly decorated, equipped and maintained to a high standard. The owners provided plenty of useful and accurate information about airport transfers and local restaurants. The pool area was of a very high standard and maintained regularly. Perfect for couples, families and groups and you can make it as quiet or as lively as you wish! Villa Jasmine is located in such a perfect position with excellent restaurants, bars and a beach just a short walk away.
