The villa has 4 spacious bedrooms and can comfortably sleep up to 8 people. 140 Nottingham Way is furnished to an exceptional standard and is just a 15 minute drive away from all the attractions of Walt Disney World. Outside you'll find a spacious pool area with table and chairs and BBQ. The villa has an oversized corner plot so there's lots of space for the kids to race around and adults to relax.

140 Nottingham Way sits on a larger than average corner plot within Highlands Reserve meaning a larger garden and complete privacy within your garden and screened pool area.
Inside the property you'll find a comfortable living room with large sofas which provide ample seating for 8 people. There is a large TV with Brighthouse Global TV and DVD player and a stereo system with CD player. The villa also has FREE wireless internet access throughout.
The dining room has an elegant dining table with seating for 8 people and views out onto the garden.
There is a fully equipped kitchen with everything from a washing machine, dishwasher and oven through to cooking utensils and spices to make your self catering break as hassle free as possible.
There are 4 spacious bedrooms including a master suite with a king size bed and ensuite bathroom with jacuzzi bath, shower, washbasins and WC. The second double bedroom also has a large king size bed and an en-suite shower room. There are 2 further twin rooms that share a full family bathroom with bath with shower, washbasin and WC.
Outside 140 Nottingham Way you'll find a screened heated private pool. There is a large patio area with plenty of patio furniture. The garden is very big and is not overlooked at all so you can relax and enjoy your holiday in complete privacy.
There is private driveway parking at the front of the property.

Directions
From Orlando International Airport or Sanford Airport
- Exit airport following signs to South Exit - Kissimmee and Disney World (Hwy. 417- the Greenway). You will reach the Greenway (417) in approximately 3 miles. Turn right onto the Greenway and head West towards Disney World.
- You will go through two $1 tolls. Continue until you reach the exit for Celebration (Exit 2). There will be another toll. Turn right and you will reach Hwy 192.
- At Hwy 192 (Irlo Bronson Hwy.) turn left and proceed on Hwy 192. After approx. 10 miles you will approach signs for Hwy. 27. Stay in left-hand lane and exit and exit onto Hwy. 27 South towards Haines City.
- Travel on Hwy. 27 South for approx. 3 miles.The entry to Highlands Reserve will be on your right hand side just after the Publix Supermarket.
