Tinkerbell's Retreat is large holiday villa with 7 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms. Situated on the prestigious Emerald Island Resort in Kissimme, just 10 minutes drive from Walt Disney World. Emerald Island Resort has excellent onsite facilities including a lagoon style resort swimming pool and a huge clubhouse with gym, fitness room, internet room and a video arcade. For those of you feeling active there is a sand volleyball court, tennis courts and an 18 acre nature trail. Emerald Island Resort is a gated community with 24 hour security.
Tiinkerbell's Retreat is a great villa for families or large groups. There is plenty of room to relax in 2 lounge areas and there are 7 spacious bedrooms as well as a double sofa bed. There is a fully equipped games room and outside there is a fantastic 40ft, south facing pool deck which looks over a lake and woodland. The pool and spa can be heated for relaxing evening swims! The property is air conditioned throughout.

Living Areas
There are 2 lounge areas in the villa. The main gathering room has a large 48" HDTV television, DVD player and Playstation 2 console. Guests are asked to bring their own DVDs and games with them. There is seating for 8 guests in the main living room and one of the sofas can be made into a double bed. Doors from this room lead out to the pool area. The other lounge room also has TV and DVD, 2 large sofas and a chair. The main living area also has a formal dining table with seating for 8. There is also high speed wireless internet throughout the villa.
Kitchen/Diner
The large kitchen is fully fitted and equipped with all modern appliances from a cooker, hob and dishwasher down to a coffee machine and an ice maker. There is also a breakfast area in the kitchen with dining space for 4. A utility room houses a washer, dryer and iron and ironing board.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms
There are 7 bedrooms in the villa. On the ground floor there is a master suite with King size bed, access to the terrace and an en-suite bathroom. Upstairs there are 3 further double bedrooms and 3 twin rooms. 2 of the double rooms on this floor have en-suite facilities and the other rooms share 2 family bathrooms. There is a guest WC on the ground floor. All bedrooms have TVs and DVD players.
Games Room
There is a large, fully equipped games room with billiard table, fooseball table and air hockey.
Outside
The villa has an exceptional extended 40ft decking area and lanai with plenty of furniture for guests to lounge on. The pool and hot tub can be heated (optional extra.) The pool area looks out onto woodlands and a lake so it is not directly overlooked and the pool area is south facing so you can soak up the sun all day. There is also a BBQ for your use.
Linen and towels are provided (excludes beach towels).

Directions
Directions from Orlando (MCO) Intnl Airport:
- From Orlando International Airport (approx 30 minutes drive).
- From the airport terminal building, follow signs to the North Exits.
- Exit the airport at West Exit 1B to FL-528 “Bee Line Expressway” West.
- Drive for 10.5 miles on FL-528 West (Toll Road, You will pay two tolls for a dollar each or so).
- Merge on to the I-4 West via the exit on the left heading towards Tampa / Disney World.
- Take Exit 65 Osceola Parkway West toward Animal Kingdom – Drive 4.9 Miles by following the signs for Animal Kingdom initially and then Animal Kingdom Lodge later. Stay in the left lane.
- Take left on Sherberth Road. It is a narrow road. - Drive 1.4 Miles.
- Turn right on to US 192 West - Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway. Stay in left lane. – Drive 0.5 miles.
- Take the first left on to Formosa Gardens Blvd. – Drive 0.9 Miles.
- Turn right on to Funie Steed Road/Oak Island Road. – Drive 0.6 Miles.
- Turn left into Emerald Island Resort after an underpass (There is no street sign at that point). There is a colonnade and fountain with dolphins at the entrance.
- Now you are in Emerald Island Resort.
From Orlando Sanford International Airport
- Head south on Red Cleveland Blvd 0.4 mi.
- Take the 1st right toward E Airport Blvd 0.3 mi.
- Continue straight onto E Airport Blvd 1.9 mi.
- Turn left onto the FL-417 S ramp Partial toll road 0.2 mi.
- Merge onto Florida 417 Toll S Toll road 15.8 mi.
- Slight left at FL-408 W (signs for Florida 408 (West)) Toll road 7.9 mi.
- Take exit 10A to merge onto I-4 W toward Tampa Partial toll road 16.8 mi.
- Take exit 65 for Osceola Pkwy W toward Animal Kingdom/Wide World of Sports 1.1 mi.
- Merge onto W Osceola Pkwy 3.7 mi.
