This fantastic Lake Berkley Villa in Kissimmee, Florida is the perfect base to explore all the attractions that Orlando has to offer. Located 15 - 20 minutes drive from all the main theme parks, Disney World, Universal and Sea World and a few minutes from shops and restaurants you're ideally located to enjoy the many amenities surrounding the villa.
Lake Berkley Resort is a secure gated community with great facilities including a clubhouse with games room, exercise room and internet access; a community swimming pool; a fully stocked fishing lake; children's playground; tennis court; volleyball courts and walking and cycle paths.
This Lake Berkley villa has 5 spacious bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a large open plan living area with fully equipped kitchen. Outside there is plenty of space to relax around the large south facing pool. This air conditioned villa is great for families or groups sharing.

Lake Berkley Villa has been recently refurbished and upgraded and is furnished and equipped to offer guests all the home comforts they need to enjoy your self catering break. This is a great choice for families with young children as all exterior doors to the pool are alarmed so that you can keep the kids out of the water if you need to! There are also pool toys provided for children and a themed bedroom!
The living area is a spacious open plan family room with 2 sofas and an armchair. There is a new LCD TV, DVD player and Hi-Fi system in here for those cosy evenings at home.
There is an open plan, fully equipped kitchen with all appliances, cookware, crockery, glassware and cutlery. The patio doors lead out onto a covered lanai seating.dining area. A separate utility room houses a washer, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.
There are 3 double rooms in the villa. The master bedroom suite has within its en-suite a roman corner bath, separate shower, vanity sink unti and WC, and there are 2 family bath/shower rooms for the other guests. One of the twin rooms is 'Pirates of the Caribbean' themed.
Outside there is an oversize pool and deck area which is south facing so you get the sunshine all day. The deck area is furnished with table, chairs and loungers.

Directions to 995 Lake Berkley Drive from Orlando International Airport:
- Take the Beeline Expressway (528) westbound- continue westbound on the 528 for 10.6 miles.
- Merge onto I-4 West towards Tampa and Walt Disney World.
- Continue westbound on I-4 until exit 68- continue westbound on the I-4 for 3.7 miles
- At exit 68, turn RIGHT onto Ramp towards SR-535 / Kissimmee (NB: exit numbers relate to road mileage and not exit count)
- Keep LEFT to stay on Ramp towards SR-535 / Kissimmee
- Turn LEFT (South) onto SR-535 [S Apopka Vineland Rd]- continue southbound on the 535 for 3.6 miles
- Turn LEFT (East) onto US-192 [SR-530]- continue eastbound on the 192 for 2.5 miles
- Turn RIGHT (West) onto Oren Brown Rd
- Turn LEFT (South) onto N Roma Way
- Turn RIGHT (West) onto Ormskirk Blvd. The security gate is located here.
