It is also right next to the sprawling Shingle Creek Nature Reserve with lakes, play areas and lots of open space for all the family to enjoy.
Tropical Palm is furnished in a contemporary style and equipped to the highest standard to really make this feel like a home away from home for guests. You'll find plenty of space to relax and lots to keep you entertained with cable TV, DVD player, a games room with pool table and darts, and of course the private swimming pool. For those of you looking for total relaxation you'll find plenty of space to lounge around the pool on spacious decking area. There are 4 spacious bedrooms and also room for twin cots in the villa making this a great choice for families.

Panoramic Tropical Palm Villa is furnished to the highest standard with a huge leather corner sofa, comfortable beds and a large fully equipped kitchen. This holiday home is also equipped with all the technology you'll need to feel at home. There are TV in the lounge area with cable channels and a DVD player. There is FREE Wi-Fi internet throughout the property and a telephone with FREE local calls included.
This beautiful property consists of:
4 large bedrooms with fully fitted furnishings and air conditioning. The Master bedroom has a King size bed, TV and a deluxe en-suite bathroom with bath, shower, WC and washbasin. Bedroom 2 has a Queen size bed, TV and an en-suite bathroom. Bedrooms 3 and 4 are twin rooms and they both share a large adjoining bathroom. There is also twin cots for even more space.
The large open plan dining kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances including a dishwasher and opens onto the spacious sumptuously furnished living room with a large leather sofas and a dining table that can seat 6 people.
The garage area, which provides a perfect entertainment/ games area for adults and children alike boasting a full size pool table.
Externally the villa has a superb, fully enclosed swimming pool and deck area equipped with recliners and patio table and chairs.
