4448 Whispering Oaks is an extremely stylish spacious, family friendly villa that has been equipped and furnished to an excellent standard.  The villa is air conditioned throughout and can be centrally heated through via the air conditioning units in cooler (!) months.

This holiday home has a large open plan family room with 38" TV/DVD/Hi-Fi.  There are two 3 seater sofas and patio doors leading out onto the pool area.  In addition to the family room there is also a further open plan sitting areas with two sofas, an ideal place for the children to chill out!

The villa has an open plan, fully equipped kitchen supplied with ample cookware, crockery, glassware and cutlery.  All appliances are fitted including a huge American-style fridge/freezer, cooker with hob and oven and a microwave.  There is a separate utility room with a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.

There is plenty of room for guests to dine.  There's a large dining table adjacent to the kitchen that seats 8 and a small breakfast nook with a table that seats 4 overlooking the pool. Outside there is also a full dining suite on the patio/lanai area.

There are 2 double rooms and 2 twin rooms in the villa including a large master suite with en-suite bathroom, compring garden tub, large separte shower, 2 vanity sink units and a spearte WC.   There is a further full family bathroom and a shower room located near the pool area.

Outside there is an oversized screened pool with spa tub overlooking the Florida countryside that surrounds the villa.  The pool can be heated for an additonal cost and there is plenty of quality deck furniture for guests to relax on.  Pool toys are also provided.

There is also parking for 4 cars, including space for 2 cars in the garage.

All towels and linen are provided.
