Information on Aegean Hills

Aegean Hills is a unique cluster of discreet luxury designer homes all with private pools set amongst the hills between the popular, fashionable resort of Yalikavak and the charming fishing village Gumusluk. Each villa offers stunning views over the Aegean sea.

Beautiful sunset overlooking the large communal pool on the Aegean Hills resort.The spacious villas are furnished to luxurious standards with stunning views across the Aegean sea. Serenely positioned in a tranquil landscape of aromatic gardens each villa benefits from being within easy access via kayrak stone pathways to the spectacular infinity pool, toddlers pool and tennis / basketball court, all of which are only a few minutes walk away.

In keep with the ambience of luxury the resort is a car free zone with cars parked just inside the gated entrance. A complimentary golf buggy and driver are available to transfer guests between the parking area and their villa a few minutes walk away. A unique concierge service is offered to assist guests along with shuttle bus various hours during the day and night both Yalikavak and other areas around the Peninsular both complimentary to guests. There is also a local bus that stops 100mts away which goes to Yalikavak.

A nearby Migros supermarket is less than five minutes drive away in Gumusluk and has everything you need for an easy self catering stay.

The cosmopolitan town of Yalikavak is 10 minutes drive away with plenty to do for everyone. There is a new marina with a live music venue, watersports, beaches; children’s play park, small shops, cafe bars and tour offices where a selection of day trips can be booked. There is a large selection of restaurants where you can sample a host of traditional or European foods and the locally caught fish of the day is something not to be missed.  A market is held every Thursday in the town offering everything from fruit and vegetables to clothing.

Bodrum with its historical sites, shops and ferry port offering day trips to the Greek Island of Kos / Rhodes is a 20 minute drive away.  The streets of Bodrum come alive at night on the famous Bar Street and at the open air Halicarnus Disco. Bodrum has a huge open-air market on a Tuesday.

Venturing further afield there are many historical sites to visit such as Ephesus and Pamukkale or the nearer Miletos in Didim.

Whether its lazy days at the pool, exploring the ancient ruins around the Aegean Coast or visiting the popular towns around the Aegean Coast is all very easily reached.
