Essential Information

Our Properties

All our properties are privately owned by ourselves and are furnished to our taste, in a manner which we feel is suited to each individual property.

We endeavour to give an accurate description of each property with both interior and exterior photographs.

Please note that in some of the larger villas it is not always possible for the furnishings in the interior dining area to accommodate all occupants at any one time.

Bed linen and hand/bath towels will be provided, however beach/pool towels are not supplied and you will need to bring your own.

All properties are supplied with water, electric and gas consumption, pool maintenance and maid service.

The properties featured operate to their own country’s standards, however the safety standards and regulations overseas may not always be the same as those enjoyed in the UK.

Satellite/TV/DVD
Where a written description for a property indicates satellite television you can expect to receive at least 4 free to air English channels. Subscription channels are not available unless indicated in the description. All properties are equipped with a DVD player.

Pool and Garden Maintenance
All our properties are maintained by staff who have access to the grounds of all the villas and those apartments that are not part of a complex (these are maintained by outside staff employed by the complex itself). Gardens have to be maintained on a regular basis and it is not always possible for this to be done on “changeover days”. Pools are checked and cleaned at least once a week. We will do our best to inform you when to expect our maintenance staff, we ask for your cooperation with these visits as it is imperative for all that we keep the properties well maintained.

Property Services
Normal water, electric and gas consumption is included in the rental price of each property. Unfortunately it is sometimes the case that localities can suffer from water or electricity shortages and supplies can be cut off with no notice for varying periods of time. We ask for your patience in these instances, as you will appreciate these occurrences are completely beyond our control.

Optional Heated Pools
In those of our properties where a heated pool is given as an option, the pool will be electrically heated by a heat exchanger, the temperature of the pools will therefore depend on weather conditions.

Infants/Cots/High Chairs
If you require a cot or high chair please advise us at the time of booking so that we can ensure it is at the property on your arrival. A small supplementary charge will be added to your invoice.

Cots are sourced locally and may differ from those you use at home. Please note that for hygiene reasons cot linen is not supplied, you will therefore need to bring your own.

Building Work
Even in the best locations some noise from local building work is sometimes unavoidable. There is a possibility that local authorities or developers may be in the process of carrying out construction work on neighbouring or nearby properties over which we have no control. We are given no prior notice of such work and in the event of any disturbances we offer our apologies.
