Refundable Deposit	Fully Refundable Damages Deposit, £150 per week In addition to the final balance a refundable deposit will be charged. The deposit will be refunded in full on your departure provided the property is vacated in good condition (i.e. no major breakages or defacing of the property).

Payment Information

If you have chosen to pay by Credit Card or Bank Transfer we will email you or telephone you with the necessary details required and confirm the amount. Once we have processed your payment we will email or post your receipt along with the booking confirmation and balance details. Your holiday balance complete with any additional optional services that you may require is payable in full 8 weeks before your holiday date.

Property Arrival and Vacation Times

The property will be available to be occupied from 3.00pm on your arrival. The property must be vacated by 10.00am on the day of departure to allow the maid access.

Additional Services/Options - Optional Air Conditioning/Heating

As electricity in Spain has become extremely expensive we are now forced to make a nominal charge for full air conditioning/heating throughout the property. Should you require this facility the cost will be £70 per week. THIS AMOUNT WILL BE ADDED TO YOUR FINAL BALANCE SHOULD YOU REQUIRE THIS FACILITY.
